With big money comes big expectation I understand that but money does not change the basics of football. Some of these throws were not slightly to high and Austin also seem to find it difficult to handle some of these passes and really was not having much of a chance until late in the game as Romo passes for what ever reason started to be more on target.

But again I say, he's not even catching the ones that are on target. I mean, one hit him in the face last week.

And when he did have an opportunity and made a big catch he fumbled.

There is no way he is worth what we are paying him.

With that said, he is not being benched lest anyone think I believe this will happen.

First of all, I am a Romo fan. IMO when Romo is getting pressured or if he feels he is under pressure, he misses on a lot of his passes. I believel that if Romo had a offensive-line that could give him more time, then he would be more accurate and throw fewer ints. Romo just makes bad throws and decisions when he thinks there is pressure.
The Cowboys also do not have the WRs to compete with the good defensive teams. We need to get some possession type WRs to help Romo out. The majority of receivers wouldn't know a good pass route if they saw it on film, much less run them. A lot of our receivers are just plain scared to run a route over the middle.
The other problem I have with the team, is that our coaches do not know how to make good adjustments during the game or at half time.

pressure makes QBs hurry throws and guess where receivers are going to be. Against good defenses this OL struggles and Garrett needs to have a plan in place where Romo has quick strike plays(or max protect plays) to DEPENDABLE receivers. Having Roy Williams out there compounds the problem. He is a drive killer and adds to the QB's problems,,, the guy depresses the hell out of me, so I can only guess how much it bothers Romo.

Well, then that might be the reason he won't be benched: He is a decoy. Three defenders on him? What, do they think he's Irvin or T.O.?

Now...IMO Roy should be benched or placed as the 3rd at best.

Austin and Crayton should be the starters and maybe get more time for ogletree. See if he can do more than just run WR screens.

I would say do this to Roy and tell him, when you decide to get on the same page with the plays called, you can earn your way back.

This goes beyond Tony just throwing passes too high for RW. There are times it looks like he just does not know the routes...but then again I am not the Coach there so maybe that is just my wrong opinion.

He get's the ball in his hands he just doesn't make the catch. TO got overblown for his drop yet RW consistently gets a pass for them. I bet if anyone did a check to see who had the most drops in the NFL this season RW would be at the top of that list.

Nobody's giving Roy a pass for dropped balls. If it hits you in the hands and one of your marquees is your hands, you need to catch the football.

Aside from that, I think Roy still has alligator arms from that hit against Denver.

I am convinced that the folks who feel this burning desire to post RW threads over and over do it out of loneliness. They need the attention and are desperately seeking validation of their theories because mom and dad did not love them enough and show them enough care.

This is a money driven league and you just don't bench those kinds of players in their first full season.

They has been absolutely dreadful, but he isn't getting benched.

I think many WR had a difficult time with some of the throws. You asked a question do you think RW should be benched? I don't think so and I doubt the staff will bench him. Sorry if this does not fit into you whine sessions.

Breaking your ribs on a crappy throw by your QB will do that to a guy.

There are few things as painful as separated ribs. I could hardly breathe when I separated three of them in an accident.
