where are the Roy Williams lovers?? been awfully quiet with the excuses

I am one of Roy's biggest fans, and I believe he will still make all you eat crow at some point.. I wont make any excuses today but I will say Romo was absolutely horrible today if you want to bring him up as well, and MB3 killed the opening drive of the game after running it down their throat. but what is with the hate today?? He didn't help us or hurt us with his play and the Cowboys are 7-3, no need to make excuses for 1 individual when the team wins the game

that's the problem, he's an inconsequential ****tard, who we gave up 3 picks for, and 45 million dollars

we could have gotten a player like Hakeem Nicks for a fraction of the cost

**** Roy

He's had two good games his entire time he's been here. Two. And I don't think he's even had one 100 yard game yet.

And by the way I felt I was pretty liberal with the use of the word good.

It seems like Romo gets discouraged out there and Roy Freaking Williams is a BIG part of it. This team is trying to get rid of that dysfunctional, loser "stink" from the past 10yrs and Williams is not helping.

Please Jerry, get that guy OFF the field and give Romo somebody that will extend drives, not kill them.

Did some posts just disappear?

careful there tiger. ;).... we've been dumbed down to one merged thread. don't push it!!!

I'm feeling like Julius Jones today.

Some posters here actually guaranteed that this scrub would be in the pro bowl. ;)

I'm not saying Roy needs to be cut or traded, but I do think he needs to be replaced in the lineup with someone that can actually produce.

It is apparent that the Tony/Roy chemistry is no there yet, so instead of hampering the offense while the two get in sync, Let Crayton start since he has a better feel of where Romo is going with the ball. Roy can come in as the 3rd WR.

If he plays better then maybe he can earn his way back into the starting lineup, but at this time, the better receiver needs to start, and that is Patrick Crayton.

Leigh Bodden had 3 more catches than Roy today. yeah that's Patriots cornerback Leigh Bodden

Zoners go back and watch the drive we scored on..Miles Austin is the man..All game Romo tried Roy with no sucess..Roy W is the problem with the offense as of late..Every since he complained Romo does not put the ball where he needs it the offense has slowed...I say stick with witten, miles and crayton..Roy is not a good fit for this offense..Romo needs to go back to what got us here..Romo is under pressure trying to fit Roy in...Romo dont feel bad if you have to win without Roy..What are your thoughts?

If Romo is feeling the pressure to get Roy involved and forcing passes to him similar to the TO situation, then you really could make a case for that being the reason the offense has slowed. Whether that is the reason or not, after today I can't defend Roy anymore. Number 1's make those catches, and had he made just one of them, the offense very well could have gotten something going far earlier than the last 5 minutes of the game.

Maybe Miles needs to get open.
