During CD Projekt Red's Q3 2020 earnings call, the one where the company assured shareholders the game was really, really going to release on December 10, the company's chief financial officer Piotr Nielubowicz disclosed an interesting tidbit about the volume of Cyberpunk 2077 preorders, calling them "visibly higher" than any Witcher title, referring to a slide that was shown during the earnings call.

Every year I have a few friends who ask me to get the new Call of Duty to play with them. Usually, I merely tolerate these games with the exception of Blackout, which I loved.

Okay, FINE. But I’m only doing stupid **** when I play. So far, this is one of my crowning achievements this year: the tomahawk.

Yesterday I downloaded Wolfenstein 2 - The New Colossus for free from PS Now. I was surprised I never ran across this title as I've been a big fan of all those games. Today PS Now made Horizon Zero Dawn for free. It was a game I was going to buy a couple of days ago, but instead I chose Uncharted 4. Pretty excited to play these old games, because old games you haven't played are new games to me.

Nice! I haven't ran with the Tomahawk yet. Not really my playing style though it does look fun/powerful. I've been hit with it a few times. lol So far my favorites weapons have been the XM4 and the M16. None of the other weapons have really impressed me. The FFAR was good until Treyarch neutered it. I finally leveled it all the way to max (because I was already committed when they adjusted it) and the last stretch of doing so was painful. Lucky for me I had 2xp Nuketown weekend. haha

Oh man! Excellent! I can't wait to hear back what you think of Horizon Zero Dawn. Such a fantastic game. The sequel is one of the main reasons I'll be getting a PS5.

Horizon is an absolute classic. It has aged wonderfully and like SlammedZero said, Horizon Forbidden West is a must have and a legit reason for a PS5 alone. Wolfenstein rocks as well. Solid choices. Cheers!

Great game, I remember the difficulty spikes in that game could be brutal. Was stuck on one level for what felt like a week. Great luck of the draw there landing Horizon after purchasing Uncharted too. I liked HZD bc you could get real creative similar to Far Cry in how you approach a combat scene.

Thanks guys. I started Wolfenstein first as I already had it and I couldn't download Horizon until I moved some games to an external HD (still can't make myself delete games). That took longer than I had hoped but using an old external HD I was willing to sacrifice will do that to you.

My new job allows me more time to give to the game as I don't have to commute an hour a day, it gets dark early, and since my wife and I are past our "honeymoon" phase (we've been together 3 years) she doesn't mind too much with me spending a couple of hours at night to play. It also helps I have most of the best streaming services so she get's hooked on shows and will binge watch them and leave me alone.

I can't wait to play.

It happens for all the new hot releases whether it be console, new game or new line of video cards. What's sad its almost impossible for the average Joe to get their hands on anything because of bots, resellers and just plain greed.

I spent thousands of dollars on the video card rat race and finally gave up several years ago. There is always a new game that requires that new card to get the full benefit. Really brilliant marketing strategy when you think about it. I just can't afford it these days. If I had Dak or Zeke's contract, I'd still be doing it though...LOL.

That's why i always wait a generation or 3. My Intel i7-4790K is a 5th generation CPU and Intel is currently on their 11th generation{i believe}. The chip however runs at a base clock of 4.0 ghz with a turbo frequency of 4.4 ghz, also it has 4 cores/8 threads which is still very competitive.

Astro's Playroom looks cool. I look forward to that one. I can say that I have Astrobot on the PSVR and it is absolutely fantastic. Hands down one of the best VR games I've ever experienced.

AK47 is my favorite Nuketown weapon..

Krig outside of Nuketown is pretty decent.

I don't love this COD but Nuketown is Nuketown so hopefully they leave it up and add some more maps along the way.

I'd be happy if they just turned this into a Black Ops 2 remaster and just gave me some maps like Hi Jack and Raid.

Astro's playroom is way better than it should be lol. It reminds me of a Nintendo game which is exciting to think about. I miss the old Mario style of games.
