Ncaa is coming back I would jump for joy but seeing what EA does these days?

if everything from ncaa 14 isnt offered at launch in this new title its a no buy from me....and soon as i see ultimate team im not buying because that’s where all their resources go

Madden 21 was the final straw, the game is a big infomercial with a side of football

I can see it now, wanna play with your favorite team or Alabama or Oho State please purchase our Champion DLC pack for 19.99. I trust EA about as far as i can throw a 2-ton feather.

I believe she played a couple of movie themes which the names of escape me at the moment. You can learn to play an instrument in the game and then learn songs which to my understanding takes a bit of time and effort. She invited one and all to come listen at the stage in the town of Bree and a few showed up. The game out of any MMORPG i have played probably has the best community. One of the roleplaying servers has a annual concert called Weatherstock which has a ton of bands

Oh very cool man, talk about depth to a game. I could see showing off your skills in that arena in how you describe it. Good communities go a long way and is nice to see those positive ones develop like you see here. (and the Zone too in that sense)

Too much credit, you get the sticker for the helmet in one purchase, and then the logo added to jersey the 2nd...eyebrows to characters on the 3rd, lemme stop giving them ideas

It's funny as football fans we give 2k all this credit but the basketball community is about as fed up with them as we are with EA. They complain it's been dumbed down and more accessible for kids, etc.

Just kind of funny considering perspective...I could see someone who hasn't played either in awhile be heavily impressed, but if you've been playing year to year you're onto something else there due to the stagnation.

the thing about 2k is i dont like their business practices because they go CRAZY with microtransactions but at the same time they do put out a good base game

EAs base game isn’t even playable.....

i can see loading up dynasty and it being “play the next game or look at stats” thats it

Bringing back some memories now, NFL 2K5 was amazing.

Oh I definitely can see EA screwing this up with their microtransactions, but, I'm going to hold out with hope. lol There are actually parts of Madden 21 I enjoyed (The Yard is a blast) but I get the gripe about the game. It's just.....too much. Plus, I miss the simplistic options in the game. I just want to start and play a season with my team. I don't need to unpack and collect player cards. I don't need to unlock and collects 1000 different pairs of shoes, pants, or mouth guards. Give me the Cowboys and a 16 game season. :D

Just purchased a game on Steam called Valheim, which is a Viking themed survival/exploration/crafting game for 19.99. The games ratings on Steam currently sit at 95% positive which is Overwhelmingly Positive. It currently is the top seller on Steam and has 20,000 viewers on Twitch which is very good considering the game was relatively unknown and from a small gaming studio.
ABOUT THIS GAME
A battle-slain warrior, the Valkyries have ferried your soul to Valheim, the tenth Norse world. Besieged by creatures of chaos and ancient enemies of the gods, you are the newest custodian of the primordial purgatory, tasked with slaying Odin’s ancient rivals and bringing order to Valheim.

Your trials begin at the disarmingly peaceful centre of Valheim, but the gods reward the brave and glory awaits. Venture forth through imposing forests and snow-capped mountains, explore and harvest more valuable materials to craft deadlier weapons, sturdier armor, viking strongholds and outposts. Build a mighty longship and sail the great oceans in search of exotic lands … but be wary of sailing too far...

Key features:
  • Huge procedurally-generated world - explore and inhabit mystical lands, from mysteriousforests to imposing snow-topped mountain ranges and stunning meadows, complete with their own creatures of legend to battle and wildlife to hunt.
  • Co-op PvE (2-10 players) - - Whether you want to brave the lands alone or venture with trusted allies, Valheim supports independent, player-hosted servers and unlimited world creation. We recommend playing co-op with 3-5 players.
  • Punishing dodge & block based combat system with a wide range of weapons
  • Build & sail ships - from flimsy rafts to imposing warships, build legendary vessels to conquer the seas and discover new lands.
  • Summon and defeat vengeful primordial bosses of myth and legend, and collect trophies to progress and craft new powerful items
  • Flexible house and base building system - raise mead halls, farms, settlements outposts, castles and more.
  • Intuitive item crafting - forge the finest weapons and armour, and craft food and mead.
  • Dedicated server- for players who want to run a persistent server. If you prefer not to run a server on your PC, consider renting a server at G-Portal.
Will post some screens hopefully in the next few days when i get more time.

I'm currently playing 2 games right now.

Kingdom Hearts - I originally played this a little when it first came out. I rented it, got bored quickly in Traverse town and decided I was done with it. I woke up the next morning to see my ex-wife (fiance at the time) had been up all night playing it. She kept playing, and I watched a little, and because she wasn't very good, she often had me step in to defeat certain sections. The same thing basically happened for KH2, and Chain of Memories on GBA. I never felt the games were that good, but not terrible either. I saw they had the complete set, including KH3 on sale for $20 at Christmas time, and figured my daughter might like to watch the Disney characters, so I had my mom get it for me. Every time my daughter is with me, she asks to play the Disney game, so that's what I do. Most of the way through the first now, and I definitely see why I gave up on it so quickly. It's really a poorly structured game. Poor level design, limited narrative, terrible camera, somewhat clunky controls, etc. That said, it's not horrible to play either. I'm most of the way through the first game now. A long way to go through the rest of the series.

The Last of US II - Now, much to my daughter's disappointment, this one I save for when she's not around (she's 3). She loves scary things, including zombies, and has seen clips from this game, and really would like me to play it, but I don't. I really enjoy this series. I'm about 65% of the way through now, I think. I really would have been satisfied if the game had ended at the halfway point. The story was engaging, I cared about the characters, and it was lengthy enough. Now, since that point (without giving away spoilers), things are...different. I get the why of what is going on, but I'm not as invested, and I'm not sure that I care to be. But, there's still a ways to go, and I'll let things play out. It's fun to play, and the world is a great place to explore.

Heck yeah man!!! That's awesome. I've been loving mine.

On that note, speaking of Xbox, I just ordered the extra storage card for the back of my Series X (man that was a spendy little dood). Hated spending that for just 1TB, but that's all they currently offer, and the more storage the better these days. Heck, my Cold War game is 196 GB alone!! haha Unreal.

Nice man. It is a beast of a console. Pair it with our TV and it's a powerhouse. I can't choose which one of my babies(ps5) I love more haha.

Thanks dude.

I am definitely looking forward to the upgraded visuals. Even on Xbox one games I play now (red dead online and division 2). I am told by folks that it makes the games look so much better.

I am currently still playing on an original Xbox one. From the first year they came out. Not even an Xbox one x or anything like that.

so it should be a big leap for me.

I got COD but it has been kind of messing with the system/freezes and have to physically turn off on the console itself. Been kind of scared to give it another try. Was pretty fun though and liked the trigger mechanics. Felt different between a handgun and an AR (weight/kickback).

Did you get an internal HD where you opened her up? I;m scared to do that personally
