I simply said when it comes to future QBs neither team has a sure thing. Cambell being a first rounder does not automatically make him the future. Heck Ramsey was a first rounder how did that work out?

Look, Zoners, the proof is in the pudding. If you are a bright young mind, coming up to coach in the NFL, why wouldn't you want to coach for Bill Parcells? Any former Parcells assistant is almost guaranteed an NFL job for life, and many continue to climb the head coaching ranks. So why would that prevent anyone from coming here?

Look, some of you are feeling jealous right now. Fine, whatever. If you want to be jealous of a team that has to overpay assistant coaches so greatly, to cover up the incompetence of their head coach, by all means, root for the Commanders. Parcells system works, and it was working last year. The problem is not the coach, but the execution. And that will be fixed with experience in a system, not by bringing in glitzy assistant coach names, to act as a warm blanket for deluded fans.

I believe many young coaches could learn a lot from Bill...Like he said he learned from Landry...How long do you practice with them in pads, When do you give up on a player, allocation of practice time...etc
