I don't know. What happened at the end of this game, is literally just inexcusable.
You might want to review the players that were in (or out) of the game on that last drive.

I think both Scandrick and Claiborne were out with Webb and Jakar Hamilton in the game. They already had Jeff Heath starting at Safety with his Zero games of starting experience.

The game was lost when the offense was too conservative and couldn't run out the clock.

sorry not going to blame this on the defense. i'm tired of deflecting blame from this pathetic offense.

No, the defensive talent isn't all that good. However, the offensive talent is. It's the coaching that is lacking.

To me, this one was on JG. And I'll take this D, warts and all. It's fun to watch this no-name D line play over their heads because of Marinelli and it's fun to watch this team create turnovers and accept the gifted turnovers. We haven't always been good at accepting giveaways.

It's the offense that constantly looks like it's being made up as it goes along. I

Turnovers are nice but defense has to make a stop on the last drive of the game and your team has the lead. Just make stop. They had 2 chances in the final quarter with the game on the line. Failed both times. Just like against KC and Denver.

Sure our defense got lit up. But they stopped Detroit 4 times with those turnovers. Secondly, without those turnovers I doubt we would be in this game and would have been blown out. The offense did nothing and the defense helped them out. Blame goes to the offense more than the D. I would rather take the 4 turnovers and let them have a 1000 yards. Offense needed to step up and it failed.

Teams are 0-28 when they give up 600++ for a reason. the defense is trash. Turnovers dont matter when you cant figure out that Calvin Johnson might be an issue after 200 recieving yards.

Its completely foolish to go in to a game not expecting our D to get lit up. Lets make a thread when actually stop a half way competent QB.

One way or the other, Jerry has an easy scapegoat in place should he want to continue with Garrett.

The Cowboys defense is the first in NFL history to allow 4 400+ yard passers in a season. And it only took 8 games. With Brees, Rodgers, and Manning yet to play. Wow.

Sooner or later people will realize that the defensive talent just isn't that good.

Don't hold your breath. Uncle Jerry has convinced everyone he's built a talented squad. If only we can find the magical coach to make it all work...

The game was lost when we got called for holding with a minute to play, giving the lions 40 extra seconds.

Defense played great today. People see 30 points and act like the offense was great but a TD came from Lee's interception setting them up inside the 10 and a FG came after they stopped the Lions on downs and should have been the dagger. And if you want to go even further, 2 more FGs were 50+ yards so it's not like the offense drove down the field.
