Not only does he need to get his D on the same page quickly and make up for having no #11 (good luck!) but he gets to do it against the opponent he knows best. Was literally just coaching these guys and should know the best ways to counter them, especially with a newer NFL QB. Offense will be fine and if they can get an early lead I would hope they get on cruise control forcing a newer QB who relies on his running game to just pass. Shootout city with the Bears DBs out as long as the young linemen continue to improve. Great time for redemption from Eberflus both for the Cowboys slow D Start, and to show the Bears what they're missing.

Eberflus should want some payback for bears firing him.
Hadnt thought about that.
No telling what happens in this game.
If Eberflus plays these corners 8 yards deep against receivers, like he did in the Giants game I will question his sanity as well as my own. I could not believe how he made things easy for Russel Wilson and the Giants offense last week. This is what kept the Giants in the game short passes and easy first downs, Eberflus must improve here and get these corners up on the line with the receivers.

You're already back 8 yards, then as the guy is running towards our defender, he's going back even more, only for the WR to STOP and be wide open on a short route!

FAKE News. It's not up to the coach, it's up to the player. Fluff...

Chillax, me cowboy lad.
Eberflus knew (past tense) the Bears defence. Now Da Bears have a new D coordinator with a new way to attack us.
Don't you think, me scalawag, that the Bears would change things up to make Everflus step on a banana peel?
I sense an ambush with all-out blitzes on Dak.
And double teams on our 2 wideouts.
Our run scheme does not scare anyone.

And also meant to put in there Bears are 0-2. I think NFL, more than any other sport, those games matter. Not sure what the record is since the season went up one game, but 0-3 used to be an almost guaranteed miss for the Tourney. Bears have every right to come in this game as a must win. Eberflus is our X factor. Hope he took some notes.

Still doesn't sound like immigration enforcement...ooops.

Not at all, standards weren't followed and that is not kicked down as to responsibility and players are led out of that set of errors.

Did this drive you crazy as it did me last week, that is dumb. Dallas is doing better at stopping the run and winning on 1st and 2nd down only to make it easy on 3rd down for the QB. My blood pressure got high last week.

That's on the defensive end and erratic secondary conduct.

He shouldn't be thinking that as his firing was well earned. I'd be more worried about not looking like a fool two weeks in a row. Right now I'm chalking it up to early season issues. Because they can't be that bad.

Those same Bear players may feel the same about Eberflus and want to derail his return to Chicago. Hope Fluss knows their weaknesses and we can exploit them to our favor.

The opponents should know him best too.

We shall see.

I predicted a win, but the Bears aren't that bad a team. Feeling a loss as we get closer to the game for some reason..

Ultimately, my rationale says the receivers should help us close out this game though.

Depending on Eberflus is brave. And foolish.
By good fortune our O will score 35 points for the win.
