This is absolutely obnoxious. You can't flex you bicep after a sack or point to the crowd or anything. In freaking real.

It looks like Ware's Hulk reaction is now banned:

“These acts include but are not limited to: sack dances; home run swing; incredible hulk; spiking the ball; throwing or shoving the ball; pointing; pointing the ball; verbal taunting; military salute; standing over an opponent (prolonged and with provocation; or dancing.”

I'm fine with it all. Call me old, but it's totally out of hand. Every play has some sort of "look at me" type act. Celebrate on the sidelines after the series is over.

That sucks, that's one of my favorite celebrations in football, very intense.

I don't care much for players celebrating a sack or a tackle, especially when they are losing. It was out of hand that a celebration ensued after every play. But celebrating after a TD or a game changing play should still be allowed. I'm willing to bet that the Lambeau leap is still allowed in Green Bay, but no other team will be allowed a similar celebration will be allowed in any other stadium.

Blame the players on this one guys.

For the NFL its embarrassing when you have a player doing some stupid dance in the backfield because of a sack, while the other team is lining back up to run a play, so here's this little fat DL racing back behind the LOS as the ball is being hiked.

Blame the stupid 4th WR who wants to do some silly celebration because he caught a meaningless TD in a blowout

Blame the idiot LB who lays out a RB with a blind side hit then dances like an idiot because he made a tackle 5 yards down the field on 3rd and 4.

Blame the players for putting the ;eague in the position where they have to punish everyone, because players don't know how to respect the game and the other players. The celebrations by some (not all) players on simple routine plays have just gotten out of hand, and forced the league to take action.

Call it the No Fun League, but at the end of the day, the players brought most of this upon themselves, and they can start there blame with the kings of stupid Chad Johnson, and T.O

I like this. Celebrations are childish. A any celebration while your team is losing is an embarrassment.

This is over board and stupid.

I'm on board with stopping taunting and things like that but the rest of this is just dumb. It's a game played on a ton of emotion and of course reactions are going to be filled with emotion.

The NFL is trying to become as boring as humanly possible. Pretty soon fans will only be allowed to golf clap in celebration of good plays and games because God forbid anyone show anything more than that.

I think this guy has the right idea.
Here's how the players can end this. Completely ignore all celebration rules. The league will give in because the games will be filled with 15 yard penalties ruining every game. All they need to do is go all out for a week or two and the league will get rid of these rules faster than they got rid of the replacement refs.

Imagine both teams celebrating every play and he refs are forced to call offsetting penalties every play. That's the kind of protest that will get Emperor Goodell's attention.

" Somebody needs to loop all of these together in one single monstrous celebration. It'd be worth the 15 yards, easy."
LOL.
