I know that JustSayNo is a soccer fan.

Why would anybody be a soccer fan? Can we arrange some sort of intervention?

You guys should try being around D.C.. A few weeks ago you saw Cowboys flags and jersey's all over the place.

Now you don't see a thing.

Every team picks up bandwagon fans during the playoffs. Some before the playoffs that usually fade pretty quickly. Cards a feel good story right now, and they haven't won a playoff game in forever. So, while I don't care what they do moving forward. Good for them.

honestly i wore my jersey Sat. and i am from Va. i have never been to Texas, but if the internet was around in the late 80's I would have been here supporting my 1-15 Cowboys.;) i am proud to be a Cowboys fan no matter where I live.;)

I don't think it's fair to call them bandwagon fans, let's call them fair weather fans (only a slight upgrade). Afterall, they do live in Arizona. And furthermore, I give 'Zona their props, they beat us in the regular season (we win that game, we are in) and they won a playoff game, something we haven't done since 1996.

All in all, it's tough to be a Cowboys' fan right now, but I am still on board. There is a lot of work ahead though.

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Eagles go all the way, and we were within 38 pts of beating them and going to the playoffs.

I have lived in Tucson for 19 1/2 years. I know 1 Cardinals fan, my landscaper, Ian.

Every now and then I'll see some gear, but people I don't know.

These people have talked football to me for years some of them. Never have any of them mentioned that they root for the Cardinals.

Bandwagon, all aboard.

Call me whatever you want, but I've never ridden a bandwagon, been a dront runner, or a fair weather fan.

I am as pissed off as anyone at this season, but the Cowboys are still my team. People who jump ship because a team is losing have no balls.

I can ride with that Hos. Been a Cards fan for over 30 years man. The success we're having now is all gravy to me.

Dont hate them for supporting their local team. Nothing is worse than a Cowboy fan that has never set foot in Texas.

wow! I've never been to Texas, but I'm definately a diehard Cowboys fan and have been since I was born...

nothing is worse than a Cowboys "fan" telling a real Cowboys fan he can't be a Cowboys fan.

I respect that and it would not matter where he lives.

I know that JustSayNo is a soccer fan. I can't help but wonder if he has ever visited the European country of his favorite team. If not he sure indicted himself. I would give him a pass, because being a fan is not geographic. But he's the one indicting himself if he hasn't. He has no one to blame but himself for that mentality.
He was all sad when they released Scott Player.

Went to church today and several men were talking about how far the Cardinals can go. They wanted to know my opinion of whether they could host the NFC Championship or not if the Eagles win out too. I quote...

"What do you think the chances are WE could host the Championship to decide the Super Bowl."

Naturally I wanted to know if they were Cardinals fans. It would be news to me. Some of them professed that they were. One guy I have known for 10 years. Now he's a Cardinals fan?

Front runners suck.

Sometimes it is best to play stupid Hos and not give them the satisfaction. I am seein other kids now with Titans gear, Ravens gear, Panthers and all. While I see it, I just ignore it and I just laugh to myself. Some of them have yelled at me "How bout them Cowboys". Sometimes I act like I didn't hear it if I can barely hear it, other times I let it get the best of me and respond "How about your Super Bowl Trophy Count".

As for how I would respond to that question you were asked of "what are the chances WE could host the Championship", this might be a good response for you. Just say "I dunno, after the Cowboys are done for the season I really don't pay much attention any more."

I got asked a question by an Eagle fan something like "so how does it feel to watch our Eagles in the playoffs instead of your Cowboys" I just said, "what makes you think I am watching? If the Cowboys are not in it, I really don't watch it. Oh, and how many Super Bowls do you have. Thats right."

Well you get the point Hos. I hope this helps some.

I personally think living in the city gives them somewhat of a pass.

Its not like all the Yankee or Lakers or Cowboys fans you see all over the place.

Also i would imagine that it may be a tad embarrasing to admit youre a Cards fan before this year.

BS.

Good job at insulting a good part of the forum.

I have inlaws in Nacogdoches so I step foot in Texas at least once a year. I've been to a few home games at the venerable Texas Stadium too so I am good. My fan card is legit. WHEW. I was worried there for a moment. :D

I know...mentioned it in the game thread. Said I'd skip church except that you and me agreeing so much has me believing the Apocalypse is upon us.

Well, we're all still mourning the Cowboys' season, so black is appropriate.

Tell me who is jumping ship and i will fight them!

I think you are confusing jumping ship with not buying merchandise. As a reminder to Jerra as to who we are. His cash cows.

And also as disgusted fans. We have a right to be disgusted, yes?
