I have seen teams with little talent still scratch and claw right to the end. And talented teams soft as used toilet paper and smell just as bad.

Yeah, when I watch us vs teams like tonight……these teams play a lot harder, especially on D. Heart and toughness vs our softness.

This is exactly why disciplinary coaches are the only way to run this team. Landry and Johnson didn't tolerate mistakes and poor behavior. Being a Cowboy comes with celebrity status, the coach needs to be able to handle and minimize the egos, cut players and build a wining environment. Jerry doesn't allow this to happen.
