This team is stacked, but how do we rein in Dak, use him in an efficient and safe way?

Yes, me frustrated ruffians and pyramid schemers, we shant have any excuses this season.
We appear ready to go with experienced WRs, a Pollard in bloom and a line anchored by Martin.
Defence? Same. Stacked and hungry.

But what do we do with Deek?
How do the coaches minimize our JAG's INTs?
Will Fat Mac truly run the ball more to minimize Deek handling the ball?
Can our JAG resist the temptation to throw into tight windows?
Can Deek be weaned from his security blanket of TE sideline passes or at least learn that TEs can go vertical and into the flats?
Can Deek surrender his INT title to Cousins or Carr?

I say a 65%/35% run-pass ratio of running the ball is good.
Deek needs to be reigned in since we are stuck with him in 2023.

But how?
Holla and brings me a dollah!
At this point, our Oline is worse than last year and that was our #1 problem.

So the stacked comment is premature. Until we fix the line, nothing else matters.

AS far as Dak, ask Mike Martz.

Yeah. Tell me why he is on his 5th team if he is so great? That was the biggest non answer ever.

I am sure you will point to stats.
And in next breath argue why Daks stats don't matter.

Why is he on his 5th team?
No . . . I will not throw pearls at swine . . . You seam content in your ignorance

It was one season, it was an apparition. but some of you are acting like this is what he’s been doing his entire career and that’s not the case.
Its been apparent since after his rookie season, everyone just got overly excited since he performed decent coming out of the gate.
Dak has already proven that he has no more ceiling left.

You build the offensive line to the point he has a bit more time unmolested to throw the ball.
You build the offensive line so the running backs can dominate.
You make certain before you enter the season you have receivers and TE's who can get separation and CATCH the ball.

Dak will improve exponentially.

Thats exactly what has to take place, everyone needs to start understanding that this is MMs offense to t=run, this will be a heavy offensive draft.

It’s pretty obvious you don’t like Dak if you think his rookie season was just decent. He had one of the best rookie seasons for a QB ever. In three of his first five seasons he had single digit INT’s. In those three seasons combined he only had 16 INT’s and you’re saying it was an apparent after his rookie season that he had turnover issues?

Came after 2021 and before 2023. So what?

Pointing out one year out of his career and use that as proof he is a interception leader is twisting the story to end how you want it.

The great Emmitt Smith averaged 2.8 ypc in 2003. Does that make him one of the worst running backs in league history?

You're looking at it the wrong way. You can't just use a run/pass ratio and think everything is ok. You have to actually be successful. A 3rd and 10 isn't any better even if you're running the ball 90% of the time.

Dallas needs a balanced attack. Look at how Romo and Dak played in 2014 and 2016. But teams have to respect our run, or the run/pass ratio won't mean anything.

Exactly, and that's where a back like a Bijan or a Tank Bigsby would come in handy.

Dak, Dak, Dak. The offense will be fine, it's the defense that I want! Don't let the other team score and the Cowboys will be alright.

Stacked? The have a bottom 10 Offensive Line by any possible measure. Their QB is barely top 10 on his best day. Please pass whatever you are smoking.
Bottom 10 OL? Go back to whatever team’s boards you normally stink up.
