Jerry has been trying to rebuild for 30 years. He can't do it. If they had a real Gm it would take a few years to turn this around. If they want a Superbowl they have to move on from Dak, rebuild both lines. They need a running back, linebackers, and DBs. This team reached it's peak a few years ago. They need to blow it up.

They need a voice they listen to, where they change their building philosophy. Parcells did that in his time with the Cowboys, Bellicheck/Saban could do the same, but Jerry is going to have to swallow his ego and not hire another puppet yes man.

We have been talking about Belichick......I forgot Saban sitting out there. I say add him to the list........he's def a Jerry-type hire. Not to mention he knows Jerry and Stephen very well.
Exactly! I was fully expecting this team to go south this season but when Jerry extended Dak right before the season started, I knew our 3 or 4 year rebuild would turn into a 6 or 7 year rebuild.

That wont happen. Jerry wont stop being Jerry. Parcells could only take so much and he bailed. All Jerry wants is a puppet. Jerry is making the call on who plays on GameDay.
