Romo - interception machine - not accurate - fumbles - hates Garrett
TO - Whines, complains, can't get along - trashes the coach - lost a step
Roy Williams WR - can't get opened, wasted money - complains about Garrett
Flozell - Can't block speed rushers - False starts every game
Gurode - Can't snap the ball when you're supposed to
Procter - No explanation needed
Colombo - Allowing speed rushers around the corner too often
Bennett - Being a distraction by making Rap videos with curse words in them.
That other punter
Spears - Because fans have wanted him gone for 3 years now
Ellis - cry baby - not much left in the tank
Spencer - off season distraction
Zach Thomas - invisible, plus hates the position
Carpenter - For being a wasted pick, a pretty boy softy
Roy Williams - For being the fatest SS of all time - and for sucking
Jennings - Afraid to tackle
Pacman - oh wait....
Henry - Being an offense's best friend
Hamlin - Bank Robber - Robbed Jones blind
Crayton - All mouth, no talent
Wade Phillips - Softy - allows the nut house to run itself.
Garrett - un-prepaired, unimaginative, players hate him.
Our other 2 QBs on the team - they just suck.
Did I cover them all?

Sitting here watching Predator. Is there another movie which has had more future politicians (Arnold Schwarzenegger, Jesse Ventura) than this movie? It was like governor central. :
DuaneThomas71;2613488 said:I must say I agree whole-heartedly with this thread. Might I add, the team chemistry and unity that would result from the changes to the team would win us the Super Bowl for sure.
I dream of the day Jason Garrett is calling plays for a team without a quarterback and three receivers complaining all the time and a 2nd tight end who makes controversial rap videos. Then we will see what a total genius he really is with his game plans.
On defense, it was Greg Ellis and Terrence Newman's fault that we gave up those long touchdown runs against Baltimore. Forget the missed tackles and poor block holding/shedding (and the fact that Ellis wasn't on the field)...I hear that the two of them were such distractions and so divisive that it made everyone around them play poorly.
This team has too much talent to excuse failure, yet paradoxically, we need to cut several players who are a huge part of that talent base that is the reason we expect so much in the first place.

He simply must be cut today.
Let Stephen worry about the cap hit....

RW11 has done a 360 since 4 weeks ago personality wise. That's not by coincidence. I guarantee you this. If RW11 and Bradie James got cut they collect those nice signing bonuses and would be getting offers pronto for jobs that would be giving them another big signing bonus.
They are also on 2 different sides of the ball and are coming out. Both of these players are not characteristically unstable people and not bad apples. But they are coming out and admitting to the garbage that happened throughout the year. I'm not saying this is the most successful way to create accountability but this is the closest thing we have seen about it all season. Unfortunaely it's being done through the media. Jerry hasn't said a peep. The calm before the storm. It isn't RW11, Bradie James nor, T.O that will be taking the hit either. This is being deliberately done and the players who are out there in the media talking have a blessing from somewhere strong, you decide who that is.
As crazy as it sounds these are 2 guys who will be here for a while on both sides of the ball who are now exposing the dirty laundry after sugar coating and smiling most of the season. The calm before the storm is just about over. The storm is coming soon enough. There will be fresh air and beautiful blooms growing after it, I think, I hope. LOL!
