That's just the look of a winner, if I ever saw one. Women trying to touch him.... and he's so focused on winning him some more football games.

True heart.

Franchise, right there, tbh.

Much like Vince Young the things he does in college that allows him to have success are things he will not be able to get away with in the NFL. I don't care how many women touch him.

Don't hate the playa. Hate the game.

Your anti-Tebow bias is showing.

Guy just wants to win. And I think we could easily win with him and a WR core of Crayton, Austin, a draft pick or 2, and a vet.

He just elevates those around him.

Leadership.

I'll say it again.

Leadership.

Bam. Instant playoff success.

I like Tebow I think he is a fine college QB and I think he will get a shot at the NFL but I think he is far from a sure thing and I think many of the things he does at the college level are things that tend not to fly in the NFL.

When we dump Romo next year you think Witten will have a fit? Maybe we could ship them somewhere together. Cabo maybe

Good point. We'll have to move Da Snitch for sure. Bennett seems poised to step it up this year. I just hope he doesn't get swayed by a rap career and sticks to playing football. If he does, we can use the additional picks from the Witten trade to move up for Tebow if needed.

Or on another WR to groom with Tebow. Or rather.... on a WR that Tebow will groom.

Any WR will do Tebow will make him a star. Thats what we should do is just pick WRs late in the draft or undrafted so Tebow can make them great

Tim Tebow is a statue in the pocket. He's a geat college player, but you guys can't be serious. He's not in Tony Romo's league. Tebow throws a nice deep ball, but you have to be able to accurately throw other routes in the NFL.

I'm not cutting Roy Williams. He's 27, and he just needs a tough coach that will demand the best out of him. In 2006, he put up #1 WR numbers and made the Pro Bowl.

I'm cutting Owens and dealing Crayton. I'm surrounding Williams with unselfish players like Jason Witten, Felix Jones, Marion Barber, Tashard Choice, and Miles Austin. When you are surrounded by unselfish players, there is only one way to fit in, be unselfish. Getting rid of iOwens and Crayton isolates Williams and checks his ego at the door.

It's tough to be selfish or complain about "the way your being used" or "opportunities" when the other players don't behave that way.

you guys kill me. Williams came in the middle of the season, learning a new system and no timing or chemistry with his qb and you expected him to set the world on fire.

You think he is wrong about their offense? Is he wrong about their practice habits? I thought this country allowed free speech? Lastly Jones isn't going to eat that first round pick and the money.

To maximize Tebow though, it should be a good athlete. We'll already have a hands guy in Crayton. A speed guy like Austin. And a move the chains guy in Witten.

What we need is the water bug type WR.

Draft an athlete, let him learn from Tebow, watch them develop together, and you got yourself a dynamic offense that can generate points in a hurry.

You know the government can clone people now right?

We could have Tim Tebow at QB AND WR.

Ahh, the dream can happen!

That would be like the most leadership ever.

Mike Singletary will call Dallas for leadership tips if we make this happen.
Plus Chuck Norris is even impressed with Tebow dude so its pretty much a done deal.

We just have to tank this season and get that 1st pick!

I was thinking of someone more along the lines of Desean Jackson.

Tebow is not that.

But even if that player had some "character" concerns a la Jackson, it wouldn't matter. He'd be under the tutelage and leadership of one Tim Tebow. There wouldn't be any problems. It'd be Tebow's team. Everyone would know that. He'd hold players accountable. And he makes players not only better; but also makes them better human beings. So any character concerns would be "washed away" (not literally, of course, but you get the idea....)

Roy Williams the WR wants to win, I don't mind him speaking out. At least we know he believes in practicing hard.
