This notion that he got bounced and contracted the shooter to open fire for $15k in the few minutes that he had opportunity to do so that you guys are putting out there is dumb. The only way its even possible is if they knew each other beforehand which we know without a doubt they did not.

Now its a new tact for those that want to burn Pacman at the stake. Now its that this guy wasn't really the shooter but instead Pacman is framing him.

Too bad there are phone records that indicate this guy called Pacman from his house to Pacman's house at the time that Pacman said they were made. Actually everything that Pacman has stated has been corroborated so far. You may not believe him but that doesnt really matter when its being consistent with everything else.

Also, if I remember correctly, Pac agreed to a sealed plea deal in Vegas. I am pretty sure that his attorney added in that plea that Pac could not be charged again involving this incident.

Do you think Jerry would be dumb enough to make a trade like this without checking into all of these incidents? Jerry and the commish are tight and barring a confession on Pac's part, I see him reinstated for camp.

First of all thats not how plea bargains work at all. Anyone that lies to the police in a plea bargain kills the plea bargain. As I already posted, the police actually spoke on this after the arrest and said they could still charge anyone.

Jerry put in the trade that the Cowboys would get compensated if Jones was never re-instated for a reason.

he said he did not know the shooter. that has been proven true.

he said that he went outside and there was already some people fighting. that has been shown to be true.

he said that following the shootings he ran across the street. that has been shown to be true.

the only thing that you can call into question would be that the guy walked up to him and said 'hed take care of it.' and pacman replied 'whatever.'

I think it would be very foolish from a PR standpoint to re-instate Pacman in light of these comments and the trial. Very good thing we got Jenkins.

If I were pacman I would also be fearing for my life in some degree; these people he's affiliated himself with aren't exactly guests you'd bring home for thanksgiving and that's putting it lightly. God bless him.

Just because some of us do not like Pacman does not mean we don't want the team to win. Some of you will accept any scum bag off the street and if that is what you like well good for you but wanting Dallas to avoid guys like Pacman does not make people any less of a Dallas Cowboy fan.

Try reading the Search Warrant, you are assuming some things in this post that are flat WRONG according to the police.

Pacman got in an altercation in the club and was bounced from the club and sent out the REAR door. The bouncers went back inside to calm everything down inside the club when ANOTHER altercation started in the front door. Pacman did not start nor was he even involved in this altercation in any way.
