I like it.

As a competitor this should spark Roy a little.

roy is a bum so far. :banghead:

and as for comparing his stats and TO's, that should not make anyone feel good about getting rid of TO and acquiring Roy. ]
TO is on buffalo bills; roy is with the dallas cowboys. if TO was in dallas, he'd be putting up his usual numbers.

atleast, thats the way i see it

Roy and Miles can use all the things that T.O. has done in his HOF career as a goal, right now they cannot touch T.O. When and if they can get close or even pass him, then people can bump their gums, until then shut up with this nonsense about what Miles is doing and how Roy may end up with better numbers this season.

T.O. and Roy has spoke about their numbers. A lot of you like to read or try to read between the lines, well do it now!

Some of you are just plain Worfheads

Bills problems aren't TO - it's the fact that their quarterbacks are all ridiculously horrible.

That being said - I wish we wouldn't have traded our #1 last year for Roy, and would have drafted Harvin.

I said this before the season, during the preseason and now and will probably say it until the end of the season: I am glad he is not on my favorite team anymore. Glad that Tony, Jason Garrett, Wade and others don't have to put up with his constant whining and trying to force feed this idiot the ball. You saw how Tony looked on Sunday and against KC. He spread the ball all over the place and didn't feel obligated to get to a specific receiver.

I could give two ****s what T.O.'s stats are and what Roy's stats are. The only thing I care about and most fans should care about is winning games. This dude is worried about his stats instead of playing on a ****ty team that no one cares about. T.O. is irrelevant now and isn't even the best receiver on his own team. If he wants to look at stats try having better numbers than Lee Evans and stop worrying about what's going on over here.

TO can say it...but there are alot of people HERE that said TO made Romo what he is.

Why hasn't he done the same with Edwards?

Because he really began to slow down last year and is probably just a shell of his former self now. He won't be a dominant force again in this league no matter who the QB is.

I would love to have TO still here and have that 1st and 3rd back for Roy. However, that would have been if TO could have accepted not being the main guy. We all know he wouldn't do that. I can't believe how fast TO's numbers have fallen.

I think TO's numbers hadn't declined more only because Romo was doing a very good job of delivering the ball when he was open. The big problem is that TO couldn't beat double teams but still demanded the ball be thrown to him 10+ times again and it was affecting the whole offense. We had to let TO go to let Romo develop and become the leader of this offense.

I didn't want T.O. but grew to really appreciate his playmaking and the impact he had on how defenses played us. My gut reaction upon his departure was disappointment.

Our team chemistry is improved and Jerry's public rationale for the move- seeing what we have in Roy and Austin- is now proving to be more sound than anyone was willing to admit at the time.

It's easy to say you'd rather have T.O., no Roy and our three draft picks back. But there is no earthly way Austin (or a high WR draft pick) would have had the opportunity to breakout with T.O. on the field. There are many reasons to believe the team would've continued to implode with a devisive (and declining) WR on the roster.

Fact is, T.O. is really bad this year. Sure, he plays with a poor QB but it doesn't change the fact that he's getting shut down. His production is bad but its even more glaring when you note that he's in the top 30 in targets (42) but leads the league with 7 unofficial drops.

Even taking chemistry out of the equation, we might've made an Eagles-eque move by cutting a player right at his decline and trusting that we had a capable replacement on the roster. Who cares if it ends up being Austin instead of Roy?

The un-Eagles thing was giving him that extension before last season - it allowed TO to get complacent knowing there would be a major cap hit if we released him. He got too comfortable and the TO of old came out and wreaked his havoc.

Giving TO that extension was as big a mistake as the RW trade and contract extension.

TO just doesn't get it.

This isn't about him and Roy.

This is about the Dallas Cowboys and their perceived lack of a chance to be succesful without him.

So far, so good.

much poorer? really? theyre about the same, and miles is doing better then TO did here..

Well, Roy is on a much better team, with a much better QB, with a much better OLine and a much better running game. you'd think he would be doing better.

TO is playing in NFL exile right now.

This is exactly what was wrong with TO... puts his individual stats above the teams success. May he waste away in Buffalo.

Man, I am so glad this puke is gone. Why even say this? Dallas doesn't even play this team this season.

Yes, Roy is strugglin, and even though he ain't much better when speaking to the media. I will take him strugglin over this ****** anyday of the week.

"Momentum" Changing, blah blah blah. T-blow, you are still on a 3-4 team and just how long do you think Fitz is gonna keep it up.

Man, I sure hope Roy does not fall for this crap and say something even more moronic then the # 1 attention seeker in the NFL.

Seeing Owens on that video reminds me just how glad I am that he isn't in Dallas anymore.

Does TO want to tweet how the Cowboys went from #13 in NFL total offense to #2 this year by ditching him?

It's amazing how the offense opens up for everyone when you aren't having to force feed a washed up has-been 10+ targets a game (especially when he only converts on 50% of them).

Roy may have less stats

but the dude can downfield block

Didnt you hear we traded a 1st and 3rd and paid him 45 million to be an extra offensive lineman out wide?

Its sickening that people think he's worth all that just because he blocks. That DOESN'T make him complete.
