To Mike McCarthy.... Get your head out of your backside and grow a pair...... When the game is in hand TAKE OUT AS MANY STARTERS AS YOU CAN (ie.. Parsons) AND DO NOT ALLOW PLAYERS TO STAY IN THE GAME FOR SELFISH (STATS) REASONS.... THIS IS DANGEROUS AND ONE OF MANY CULTURE/ATTITUDES PREVENTING THIS TEAM FROM ADVANCING!!!!

Did the same thing last season when playing the Eagles last game of the season and allowing ZEKE to play (for stats) with a screwed up knee... instead of resting him up for the next game (kind of important game against the niners in the playoffs)....

Playing with Fire here.... Trust me ... its going to bite us eventually.....

Dan Quinn did that 2 years ago and almost lost the game for us. No thank you.

Take out a few here and there but leave some in. They still have Justin Jefferson on offense.

I'll never forget losing Joey Galloway for the season. I think there was like 3 minutes to go in the game and we were losing by 21. Dave freaking campo. He knew better. He had coached with Jimmy Johnson since miami. Oh, it was week 1 too and we had just traded two first rounders for galloway.

Aww let the young Lion eat... he took one for the team last week... he was extremely hungry... it's a football game... enjoy the plundering...

If McCarthy did take out all the starters mid 3rd quarter and Minnesota got a couple of quick scores to actually make things somewhat competitive are we sitting here today calling MM soft and saying that is the issue with this team's culture/attitude preventing this team from advancing?

Lol!!!

After the Kicking a FG to make it 40-3 with 10:04 left in the 4th quarter the game is IN HAND and certain starters can now be taken out to rest for the next game which happens to be 4 days away.

It's situational football and Mike needs to improve here...

These are the little things that can make a difference in a Championship run and just being happy "To be Here"... Most of us here want to get the the next "Level" as an organization and Not just pad stats or win Fantasy football leagues...

To those of us who sport never-ending agendas -- let it go!

We won in fine fashion and our players were pulled accordingly.

Do the world an appreciable consideration and get over yourselves!

The list of non-professional football coaches posting the definitive answer on when to pull starters out of a game is missing a few people who routinely make statements ignoring they watched the game on TV.

I hope those who are not in attendance are feeling well and will be with us soon, expounding on game day conclusions, omitting the facts that no one on this board has ever been a head coach in the NFL.

I believe this was McCarthy's 150th win as head coach. He could get 150 more and he still won't get any respect.

He's the Rodney Dangerfield of head coaches. With a thyroid problem.

Dude it’s so true. I have a bunch of close friends who all think McCarthy sucks.

I tell them his career record. His accomplishments. His superbowl win. His 4 NFC title game appearances. His playoff record.

And still they all think he is overrated.

I just don’t get it man. McCarthy has a legit chance to be in the hall of fame. Especially if he gets the cowboys to at least an NFC title game. Yet people still think is stinks.

it just makes no sense.

It's like the narrative was set that Aaron Rodgers is carrying this clown and everyone has run with it ever since.

He absolutely does have a resume worthy of HOF consideration and people would look at you like you have two heads if you told them that.

Well if one of them is in the superbowl... that would solve the respect issue.

I agree they did the right thing for most of the game but parsons sitting for 2-3 series after a near knee injury and limping, should never had come back in..

however, i bet he grabbed his helmet ran out there with MM knowing it. that on this defensive coaches not hiding his helmet. he should not have gone back in given his last month of dings and max snaps with game coming in 3 days and with a limp. thats the issue, if he didn't Knick his knee and not having a game 3 days later, i would have been cool with him padding stats,

in this case, Parsons should never had been allowed to re-enter the game.
