Tony mentions broken ribs in that interview. Question is...did he he mean this year or previous year. Thing is, in the article above he states he does not know ifit happened in the Saints or the Rams game so it would seem it was indeed this year.

Yeah he mentioned it live as part of a well this is just normal type of thing that you deal with. He was acting as if it's not big deal and it's the type of thing that all players are dealing with.

When Romo is on, like last night, there's no doubt he's one of the best in the league.

Give him a reasonable pocket and he's as good as other who get more respect ( Rivers, Brees, yes even Eli ) Still not as good a passer as Brady, but to me a gamer to the end win or lose

This is why he has been playing a bit tentative at times. Tony is super tough... no doubt about it. This is why we need to draft a solid back-up. Romo's toughness will shorten his career by not giving his injuries time to heal. It'd be nice if he could get a superbowl quick, because with the beatings he's been taking, I don't want to imagine his life after the game if he continues on too much longer.

Yes it does. I've been in a couple. They weren't anything terribly serious but I was sore and it sucked. So I can only imagine how it is for these guys on a daily basis with that grind.

There's now a clarification that he doesn't have broken ribs, I don't know what to believe anymore!

Calvin Watkins posted a tweet saying it could have been a miscommunication and he was the source of the original misunderstanding.

Yeah... if you actually watch the video, it's clear Romo is talking about injuries in the past. He doesn't have broken ribs.

I didn't hear him mention anything specific about getting broken ribs and not knowing which game it happened in whether Rams or NO. I watched it from beginning to end.
