I figured he'd be fine this is one guy I never worry about being prepared even if he hasn't played in awhile. I'm glad he still had it. It makes it look so easy and his release is a thing of beauty. I'll always root for him and admire his commitment and work ethic.

Yep. He'll be on another team next year and we'll have to spend more on replacing him than we'll get from losing him. Fortunately, we're in good hands. But some team will get themselves an elite QB for 1-2 years and we won't get much in return.

Totally agree but it would be weird if he got it as a backup. I dunno it would feel like we cheated his career. But it is what it is. I'll always be a fan of his and I'll watch him next year because of that. But I'm behind Dak 100%

I disagree. Romo beat his brains out to many times. If he won a super bowl, anyway he could, he deserves it.

He looked like the best QB in the NFL on that drive. TWill was sleeping on the first play and if Dez doesn't get held up on that deep ball that would have been an easy TD. Imagine how much he would open up the running game for Zeke. No knock on Dak, just praise for 9.

It will be sad though because he won't be a Cowboy to finish his career. He's going to play somewhere else next year. It seems pretty obvious he believes he can still play and does still want to play.

Yep his release was very noticeable and fast as usual. A beautiful thing to watch.
