I will be so glad when he wins his first playoff game so this particular brand of drama can just go away. I am sure he will be also.

Romo with a SB ring and Jessica sitting in the front row would kill 2 birds at once. :laugh2:

Tony with a bowl ring, Jessica with her own ring and a bun in the oven. Can you say "family man". :D

It would just be nice to put both myths to bed once and for all. Romo can win in post season and Jessica is not a bad luck charm or a distraction to Tony. However until Dallas wins with Romo at the helm these myths will continue to grow.

man romo is the best winning regular season qb in the game right now,he is magical the way he avoids the rush, zigs and zags and buys alot of time for your WR..but for some reason in the playoffs all that he does, dont get ya the W in postseason..WHY?

Because the rest of his team seems to fall apart.

Ask Peyton Manning how crucial it is, for your entire team to step up in the playoffs

Not to excuse Romo for a bad game, but an interception can't be called "crucial" if an incompletion would have yielded exactly the same result.

Exactly -- and if Patrick Crayton had gotten his head out of his *** for this game, we might very well have been looking at a 300 yard, 3 td, 0 int performance. Face it, he was home free on the crossing route, and inexplicably pulled up at the end of the game on what was a very good pass.

Why don't more people see the reality of this?

No one is perfect, I'm sure you could look back at Brady's games and find a few flaws. And it really kind of was just Crayton, because if he had made either of those plays, which were not particularly hard ones to make, we win the game and that's all that matters.

And I don't think you do -- a 300 yard, 3 td, 0 int performance is a great performance on any day of the week.

what about Romo missing T.O. on a crossing Route? what about the Defense giving up a game tying td in 40 seconds before the half? what about Henry's poor attempt at a tackle to let Toomer score? what about Fasano dropping a td? what about Romo trying to go mike vick and out run the Giants front 7 and taking a sack for like a 10 yard loss? but no it was all Crayton:rolleyes:

I think Strahan stays retired. He already as a gig on FOX for this coming season and he was able to get the ring this past season.

I believe that Strahan would come back for 2nd half of season or 4 games before playoffs to play.

He would do it for the money.
He would do it for the Ring.
He would do it for his new Boss at Fox.

Having said that, Romo is playing for the highest profile team in the NFL. There is a lot of pressure on him this year, a lot of it is unjustified. Even if he plays at a premier QB level and the Cowboys don't go far in the playoffs, he will be crucified. That is the reality of the situation in Dallas. Eli faced the same criticism in New York. The true test will be how he faces up to the pressure placed upon him.

I dont think its really unjustified. Just win the playoff game(s).

Yes but the brand wont change that much. He actually needs to win more than just one playoff game. This team is built to go MUCH further in the playoffs.

Hasnt she been to about 6 or 7 games where he has won 4 or 5 of them? They only talk about the losses?

It is sooo obvious what you are doing here.

The more you post, the more you look like a jealous rival fan.

Yes, Romo needs to work on things and yes Romo needs to accomplish more. But to continuously go on and on the way you are makes you come off less and less intelligent with every post.

You are envious.
Your team has no QB.
Your team is set up for failure for atleast the next 3-4 years.. in which time you will have replaced your HC Scorn.

lmao

For the simple minded I'm sure it is a fact. Regardless of what you may think Romo has the talent and has a hell of a lot more talent than that hack of a QB the skins have in Campbell hands down. What did he have? 12 TD to 11 ints? While Romo puts up 36 TD to 19 ints and this in his 1st full season as a QB. You may want to troll back to the skins site and worry about your own sorry QB seems to me you got more of a problem than what we have in Dallas

What ever makes Romo happy and your right no one talks about the games she attended and Dallas won like the Packers game for instance, then again that does not sell. Some would rather buy into the gossip or myths

Again, you could break down tape of any single game ever played and find numerous mistakes all over the field. The point is (and something you seem to be completely oblivious to), Crayton made the most egregious mistakes in that game.

For instance, missing Owens on a crossing route is unfortunate, but you can't possibly expect a QB to throw a perfect pass every single time. Again, I can think of numerous times when Tom Brady or even the great Joe Montana missed guys because of poorly thrown balls. What the heck is your point? That you can go back and pick out every single mistake in hindsight? Congrats on that. Crayton's mistakes were inexcusable, that ball hit him right in the hands, and why on earth he was pulling up on that endzone route will mystify me to my dying day. And all of this on top of the fact that he was spewing B.S. right up to the start of the game, ridiculous.
