Give me Romo with a real defense and a respectable offensive line.

That's just dumb.AbeBeta;4612214 said:And for the record, until Tony wins a SB, the correct answer is Eli.

Marino threw at least one interception in 13 of his 18 career playoff games. He threw two or more interceptions 10 times. The Dolphins went just 1-9 in those 10 Marino multi-interception playoff games.burmafrd;4612361 said:Then Eli is better than Marino was.
Lonestar94;4612233 said:You are right. I would also choose players like Trent Dilfer, Brad Johnson, and Doug Williams over the others like Warren Moon, Dan Marino, and Jim Kelly. I mean its obvious, Superbowl Rings tell all.

Romo has been a very consistent very good quarterback. That's admirable. But Eli has the talent to be a great quarterback, and as he ages, he reaches that point more often.

Former Giants WR Amani Toomer is on Sirius, saying Tony Romo is a better quarterback than Eli Manning. Agree?

johnny utah;4612405 said:Now that Eli has to play with Bennett, Tony will definatly be better.
kelc;4612292 said:If rings don't matter only stats do then your saying Pennington, Brunell,McNabb Culpepper and a bunch of other QBs are better then Staubach and Aikman, right.Come on rings do matter.
Doomsday101;4612062 said:I think Romo has shown consistentcy in his play more so than Eli. Not by accident that Romo has never been under 90 in terms of QB ratings. Eli clearly has the hardware but as I have said before his teammates played a big role in that on both sides of the ball, I take nothing away from Eli but he has had some pretty poor seasons to go along with the hardware

ufcrules1;4612528 said:Yeah right.
stasheroo;4612533 said:Please tell us how Dilfer and Brad Johnson are better than Dan Marino?
I mean after all, they have rings and that bum doesn't?
