Where did I suggest we give up our first? I said trade 'em all. I meant all the trade talk candidates. Henson, Ellis, Shanle, Romo, for Brady Quinn.

SHould prolly have been clearer on that.

You need medication

Tony Romo could be a elite Quarterback in the NFL if Parcells give him the chance to start in the season. I feel that Tony Romo should be able to compete for the starting position with Drew Bledsoe.

Tony Romo is a quarterback that im most comfortable with starting on our team at the Quarterback position. He knows how to create time for himself and avoid the hits, his scrambling ability is like Roger the Dodger, and he has a great arm, and I also must add he has great leadership.

I know Drew Bledsoe is going to play Monday night against the Saints, but lets see if he gets sacked or avoid any sacks. I like Tony Romo better than I like Drew Bledsoe. Drew Bledsoe isn't what he use to be, he's washed up, his legs are terrible, and he's been taking alot of hits through his career which wore his old body down.

Start Tony Romo.

Not just a frist day pick. Right now his stock is soaring. Second round is as low as I think he is worth.

One good game = 2nd rounder?

Granted, QBs have higher costs to obtain....

But a 2nd rounder? Unless we can fleece Miami into trading for AJ Feely part deux....

Why would a team trade a 2nd rounder for some QB with no career starts and hasn't shown he can be a capable starting QB?

Because of one preseason game?

Did you see what Brian Griese did the other day in preseason play?

Just assuming that if he was worth a third last year, his value has incrased. Not just around the NFL, but for the Cowboys.

ANd I agree with you about one preseason game. But I wouldn;t trade his right now for less than a second. I wouldn't take less than a third for Henson.

But Jerruh and Bill are sure talking a lot about a guy, and giving him a chance to gain some negotiating power right before his contract ends.

Just trying to figure what he is worth. And no, I don't even have an XBox.

You loss. XBox is TEH AWESOME!!!

The rumor was we rejected a 3rd rounder. Since it hasn't been collaborated by anyone, I am going to go ahead and assume its false. Therefore, there is no established market value for him.

I answered with what it would take to get me to move Romo. If I was offered a 3rd rounder, I'd be highly tempted. Romo looked nice yesterday.

But that doesn't mean it wasn't a fluke. (And for the Romo nut-riders, it could also be a sign of things to come).

However, I am of the "wait and see" before I start lobbying for a QB who has played one great preseason game.

Silly, I know...but hey, I am not perfect.

I gave Henson his props at the few times he performed well in NFLE, he has jsut never had many impressive moments

gee, where again did i get my impression of bias from??? >g<

He stated that Henson has shown so far that he cannot play at a high NFL level. Is this a false statement?

They are talking to you? But do you see them? Ahhh, I dodn't think so.

And no, I am not for trading Romo unless we get (insert option here).
What would you want is all I am asking.

Is that such a silly question? (I am going to regret asking that!)

i don't think he's been put into a position to be given this opportunity that romo had last night.

in chicago, he was not supported, it was a "shut the media up" move. vinnie being hurt was a lie and it was never really about supporting henson as much as shutting up mediaoits.

in nfle - true, he faced lower competition, but it's not as if he was surrounded by simliar talent that romo had last night.

it just seems to me you excuse the "x-factors" when it helps you and you use the hell out of the same vague x-factors when it again, helps you and your argument.
