Teriyaki jerky is really good too.
I'm going to be making everything, if I can do what I envision.
Might even send some samples to those that want some, as I go and experiment.

The wood I have right now is a cherry/hickory/maple blend. Supposed to be universal, but- once I learn more and get this down, I'll be using all the options on different meat.
I just love jerky!

And the store-bought stuff is an abomination to me.
I hunted in Sisterdale ******!

If there's one thing I hate, it's spending $6 on a little bag of jerky, and half of it is gristle.

For real. And, over here in the borderland, the jerky is this paper-dry stuff that you're supposed to soak in beer.
