I'm going to be making everything, if I can do what I envision.Teriyaki jerky is really good too.
Might even send some samples to those that want some, as I go and experiment.
The wood I have right now is a cherry/hickory/maple blend. Supposed to be universal, but- once I learn more and get this down, I'll be using all the options on different meat.
I just love jerky!
And the store-bought stuff is an abomination to me.
