Never works. The chicks just laugh at me.Realizing, "I play for the Dallas Cowboys" doesn't work anymore.
In Texas it is a law anyone can walk away from a lease for any reason. And you only pay no more than 2 months rent. After you vacate. But if you give 60 days notice you can pay for the next month and stay there, then only have to pay one month rent penalty Once you leave. But are still subject to the normal damages if any.Which of his advisors told him he would be able to walk away from that?
Unless the lease was signed under another entity he won’t.
Yep. Bought in 2016 refinanced when interest rates where below 2 in 2020. What really sucks is it's a catch 22 because I really am stuck at this place until the housing market comes down drastically. My house value doubled in 3 years.

No kidding. Wow. In NJ landlords have virtually no rights…except for non payment. In that case you can collect it all, provided you’re suing someone who may actually have it after the fact.In Texas it is a law anyone can walk away from a lease for any reason. He didn't pay...how the hell do these guys pay rent? I mean, they could easily buy nice house.
Oh the popcorn isn't necessarily just for this. It's the Cowboys, it's the offseason, it's headline making time.it's a civil case, who cares
I have not made a house payment in over 30 years retired and sold my 1st house for over 4 times what I paid for it And bought an old house in a very lightly populated area no more Dallas traffic jamsThen when you flip the house you have to buy another home, with an inflated price. Now, if you can time it, the bubble will burst.
So far these hefty appraisals have only served to cost me more in property taxes.
