I do like his mobility but actually love his arm strength compared to Dak. Plus I like what I see mentally, he's maturing.

Dak has the yips, he can't let go of the ball in tough spots, he holds it or throws it up for grabs like a choker. If you can't see that sorry bro

Dak will start next year and if we're smart Lance is backing him up
I’m not interested in convincing anyone that Dak is a top 10 QB in this league. Either you think he is or isn’t. What I’m confused about is you think Lance is maturing mentally and he can’t even get off the bench lol. We saw him struggle against a bad Commanders defense with nothing to play for and in a preseason game where he threw more interceptions than anyone in preseason.

You’re way off topic already. And no, for the umpteenth time, I’m not doing your work for you. You can do a search here or on the internet to find it yourself. You’re such a disingenuous blowhard.
Ok then move on. If you don’t have the link move on. I’m not gonna just keep engaging in an insult battle with someone who isn’t even capable of thinking for themselves. You allow BSPN to think for you. I can’t…

One good year proves he can do it. The same people who released Darnold, said Trey Lance can't play.
Well Dak has had good years and you guys say he suck’s lol. Darnold has one good year and it proves he can do it…interesting…

And the 49ers didn’t release Darnold. The Vikings have him 10 million dollars wouldn’t pay that for a backup.

Objective facts of the matter don’t require thinking. They just exist, just like Dak having his 2nd team “all pro” season against statistically the worst pass defenses in the league. I’m sorry that’s why you’re boy can’t translate such an irrelevant season to when the competition gets tougher come playoff time.

Ok welp that idea is over.
I don’t think anyone can stop him from signing one year deals with at each place. It can basically be done on a wink-nod, implicit basis.

Teams do similar things with veterans they cut after training camp who everyone knows will sign back with them after week 1.

SF chose Purdy over Sam Darnold and Trey Lance. Dak is a 10 year vet, who's a proven choker in the playoffs.

If we play Lance the last 4 games and he plays well, he becomes unaffordable, especially with Dak at 250M. They way they did it, we can sign Lance as the backup.
It was Cooper Rush's time, if you think he's better then Trey, you're blowing smoke.

He just started against the Playoff Commanders and played just fine without Cee Dee Lamb.

The kid can play. SF blew it with Lance and Darnold, IMO with lack of patience. Let SF simmer in their upcoming 65m a year Brock Purdy contract
Sample size is too small. He's got a strong arm. He can make all the throws. That's all we really know. His decision-making and ability to read the field are questionable.

I just read this tidbit in this article.

“ Lance is only about seven months older than Washington rookie quarterback Jayden Daniels. He's a day younger than Atlanta's Michael Penix and two months or so younger than Bo Nix in Denver.”

I’ve been on the fence about writing him off but this certainly puts things in perspective. Add this to the Darnold resurrection and we sometimes can be too quick to sunset these guys.

He needs a lot of game time experience to really know what he is. I wish there was a G league equivalent for the NFL. Just musing, but I wonder what the precedence is of a team loaning a player to the UFL during the summer.

1 of those names are out of place.

Even though this isn’t true let’s go with your silly *** logic. Do whoever facts the 32nd worst pass defense is clearly all pro this year right? Bet you don’t even know who faced the 32nd worst pass defense do you lol?

yeah they did rightfully so Purdy was a MVP candidate and one of the best young quarterbacks and it didn’t take hik
4 years to do it.

Dak is a choke artist…Lance chokes in the preseason. Let it sink in.

I don’t know who’s better all I know is they seem to win with Rush and they went with the guy who seems to win. Lance playing well for 4 games is as realistic as you winning the lottery. So what’s the plan? Sign Lance to a one year deal and keep him on the. Each so he doesn’t become expensive? Sounds moronic.

Trance desperately needs experience. So let's sit him on the bench, so we can keep his cost down. Then we can resign, to then sit him back on the bench behind Dak, so he can watch and learn. That way if Dak gets hurt again, he will not have any experience to back him up. This guy most be related to Jerruh.

This logic is beyond moronic.
