Does history repeat itself??
That’s like saying Dirk Nowitzki would’ve never been drafted if he could shoot. You stay saying some off the wall stuff. Yeah if Lamar couldn’t run he wouldn’t have been drafted, if Mahome didn’t have an arm or accuracy he wouldn’t have been drafted…..Trey Lance was graded as a 1st round talent by the organization that knows QBs,
Dak would've never been drafted if he wasn't a duel threat in college.
I'M GOING TO GIVE YOU A MILLION BUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!It makes perfect sense. The FO doesn’t use the top 3 rounds for selecting quarterbacks since the position is a relatively minor one.
4th round or higher or UDFAs are the breeding areas for Qb here in the last quarter century with the exception of 2nd rounder Quincy Carter who should have been drafted way way later
Dak lost what got him graded out as a late round pick. That’s like saying Dirk Nowitzki would’ve never been drafted if he could shoot. You stay saying some off the wall stuff. They don't want to insult the starter and cause a qb controversyIt makes perfect sense. The FO doesn’t use the top 3 rounds for selecting quarterbacks since the position is a relatively minor one.

The odds of Trey Lance having the same success Dak has had is extremely slim and none. When Dak got his opportunity he made the most of it. Lance was given two opportunities in San Francisco. With his first opportunity, he didn’t look that great and ended up getting injured. With his second opportunity, he ended up the 49ers third QB, which resulted in him being traded.Does history repeat itself??
loooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooolDak lost what got him graded out as a late round pick.
Dirk, Mahomes, and Lamar didn't/never did.
Pure pocket passer Dak would be selling cars back in Mississippi right now.
What history? Winning two playoff games in 8 years?Does history repeat itself??
Trey Lance has been in the league a couple of years and shown nothing.Trey Lance was graded as a 1st round talent by the organization that knows QBs,
Dak would've never been drafted if he wasn't a duel threat in college.

Which has always bothered me. Dak and Romo before him never won anything of significance to get untouchable status. Both have never made a championship game, yet neither one was challenged. When Romo was named starter they never drafted a QB high, even when he started to break down on a regular basis. When Dak became the full time starter (which again wasn’t the plan if you know the history) he was never challenged with a high (2nd round or early 3rd QB). Why?They don't want to insult the starter and cause a qb controversy
Executives and organizations and all that only matters when it comes to DakTrey Lance was graded as a 1st round talent by the organization that knows QBs,
Dak would've never been drafted if he wasn't a duel threat in college.
I needed a good laugh. The team that drafted Lance admitted it was a mistake. Most teams had a grade on Dak around where he was picked. One team was right about there choice and he has exceeded expectations and one hasn’t came closeTrey Lance was graded as a 1st round talent by the organization that knows QBs,
