I look forward to seeing Lance and Rush compete for the #2 QB spot (have been for some time, now.) It'll prove "veddy interestink," no doubt.

Now do the 2nd half.
To be fair, the game was over by halftime. Therefore the 2nd half stats don't carry much weight. Had the Packers played their first string the entire half (like they did the first half) then it would be a more fair comparison. And that isn't taking into consideration they played defense differently in the 2nd half (with a big lead) than the first half.

LOL.....Commical response. Now do the 2nd half when the game was over and they could play prevent defense with a 5 score lead. Wow commical.:laugh::laugh:
And after GB pulled some of their starters. lol

And there’s a reason no one picked him up after we released him last summer before re-signing him
Yes, he doesn't have as strong of an arm that most GMs want.
But he still outplayed Dak, and is better than Dak. Why? Because he performs under pressure and knows what the job of a quarterback is.
Even with a weaker arm, he still outplayed Dak and went 5-1- and should have been 6-0 if Gallup had tried.
Dak neither understands his job nor does he perform under pressure.

Sorry, but you’re completely lost if you think he outplayed Dak and that he’s better than Dak.  Not even going to bother wasting any more time with this. lol

Wins are not and never have been a QB stat. Its the 70IQ football take from people who do not know enough to explain what is happening. Everyone with any ability to judge football watched those games and realized QB was the weak link. It is the primary reason they lost to the Eagles in that 5th games and having better QB play is certainly the primary reason they won the rematch. If winning was a QB stat Tim Tebow would have had a job.

Dak is the weak link of the Cowboys, and it shows every year when the Cowboys play any team that punches back.
When Rush played, the Cowboys didn't have that weakness, and the team was stronger.
Deny it all you want; the proof is that Dak is the reason the Cowboys fail every season, and everyone-even you- knows it.

Yeah, it's over your head.
But even you know the Cowboys were a better team with Cooper Rush at quarterback.

I mean I showed proof of the opposite and your only recourse seems to be play to cover your ears and eyes and pretend that reality did not happen the way it did.

So your are saying Jerry, McCarthy, OC and QB coach are all incompetent for playing Dake over Rush???

Our defense and special teams were better with Rush at QB???
Yes.
Rush moved the offense and actually took time off of the clock consistently, keeping the defense fresh and making them better.
It's a team sport, but if you have one player not doing his job and turning the ball over, it brings the entire team down.

To my thinking, Jerry Jones is making statements lately that appear to reveal he's thinking in terms of Trey Lance beating out Cooper Rush in TC and becoming the #2 QB backup to Dak. Does this also imply that there might be competition between Dak and Lance for the starting QB position?

Sure, this might seem to be a shaky consideration at the outset, but strange things have been known to occur within the ranks of the Dallas Cowboys. Kindly consider that as long as Jerry is large and in charge, anything is feasibly possible. ;)
