And people wonder why everyone in our secondary is leaving....:lmao2:

Rod Marinelli is in so far over his head as a defensive coordinator. I can't blame the DBs for leaving. Tired of being hung out to dry. "Let's play zone...make sure of the tackle...let's hope the offense makes a mistake." That right there is a losing brand of football....and a losers mentality.

I can't wait for this clown to leave town or retire. The game has completely pasted him by:angry:.

They left because they got more money....

Don't agree Fuzzy. Too many times I've seen him panic and grab. Seattle is physical all of the time so the refs let them get away with it. Scandrick falls in that category, he mugs people and the refs don't always call him. Brown is going to be a PI machine.

Refs are less forgiving to rookies not moreso.

We are switching to zone and I am more interested in whether he plays on the strong side or weakside. I prefer him as LCB because of how physical he is.

We are moving away from man calls and don't follow receivers so that notion of a pecking order is unfounded. Scandrick is likely to start weak and Brown strong with Carroll or the rookie manning nickel.

Are we switching to zone? Carroll, I've read, is better in man

Exactly. Not to mention our starting QB and rookie of the year was a 4th rounder.
They fell into Dak we all know that, as for Zeke, was not hard to know he was going to good.
I just have no faith in front office, they will find a way to screw it up. I hope I'm wrong

Do have a source about the switch to more zone? Just curious cause I haven't heard anything about it.

Oh #1 probably will be our #2 if we hit on the rookie CB
Dont count on any rookie being a #1 out of the gate. The tend to need to acclimate more then most positions. Any pic will like be #3 or even #4 on the depth chart. It can happen, but guys like Marcus Peters are clear outliers
