Sweat was booked into the Travis County Jail in Austin at 2:12 p.m. Sunday afternoon after being charged with driving while intoxicated, a Class B misdemeanor. Sweat met bond, which was $3,000, and was released shortly after 4 p.m., according to Austin's local NBC affiliate KXAN.

So basically day drinking. Other than not getting in an accident it couldnt have gone much worse. Still I doubt this stops Jerry from rolling the dice third round and later. This kid will need to make it to contract number two really make any money. Hopefully that motivates him.
