Turpin deserves WRs snaps for four quarters

I'm all for getting the guy some snaps, but "because he has done his job on ST" isn't a valid argument. Do we have any evidence that he is capable of playing WR at the NFL level?

Turpin has done his job on ST and deserves snaps as WR especially with current group dropping balls consistently every game.

I think that's why we have coaches that hold practices. They know better than any fan who should get snaps.

By the look of things, it's a work in progress, and my guess is after the bye they have a couple of new packages to roll out with his name all over them.

He’s a 26 year old rookie who was a 13th round draft pick in the USFL. Yeah those guys typically don’t play and when they do it’s special teams contributions.

I’m not even saying he shouldn’t play more, I just need more substance than he runs fast to really get behind the idea the cowboys are failing by not playing him.

He weighs 152 pounds. His snaps should remain limited. Overuse is a great way to wear him down or get him injured.

But your on the 47 game day running some pass routes is not “ overuse “ . I noticed on the Jet Sweep I’ve been calling for ( KM reads the board ) Turpin only got three against Detroit but on 4th and 1 your side of the field against Philly 3 yards would have been a first down instead of Cooper going 15 yards downfield inc .

Pick and Choose spots use this speed standing on the sidelines every few series . Man had 145 catches 13 TD catches at TCU major conf play and he made it out without breaking .
