Hahaha! We just can't have nice things! You just trying to get our ace return specialist killed aren't you.
Just never happy when you have something really special are you.

Tavon Austin is proof...I'm all for getting the guy some snaps, but "because he has done his job on ST" isn't a valid argument. Do we have any evidence that he is capable of playing WR at the NFL level?
And my neighbor's wife is the best-looking broad at the local VFW hall...doesn't mean that she should enter the Miss America contest.
.
There is no creativity in our offense AT ALL
he has to navigate a whole specisl tesms so getting by a safety or DB shouldnt be s problem
Especially if it’s not a slant pattern
i hope we pay him...3 year contract...11million...5 million guaranteed
This is overcomplicating it. When you have world class speed the only thing that matters is can you catch the football. I don't think anyone is saying throw him out there for 15-20 plays. What I would do is at least two times a game I'd send Turpin 30 yards down the field..that will take the Safety out of the play and open up the middle of the field for the underneath catch and run opportunities. I would also scheme to get him an opportunity or two in space each game as a receiver. These are 4-5 small things we can do every game that would help to open up the offense. I called it back in preseason the only thing Kellen Moore would be able to cook up for Turpin is the jet sweep.
MAN he's lil' dude though isn't he? He got hit today on that kickoff return and it was pretty bad, was relieved to see him get up ok.
I have no idea what your comment had to do with who gets snaps during the game. My point was that the coaches should know if Turpin is ready for a more active role, not whether we're creative or not.
The interesting thing about all the negative commentary on this forum is this:
If, before the season started, you were told we'd be 5-2 after 7 games, would you take it?
90%+ of fans would've said, 'Absolutely!', not, 'Well, how did we get to 5-2?
Now that the season is underway, criticism is flying everywhere, boneheads think Rush is as good as Dak, the win Sunday wasn't very good because the Lions were in striking distance late, blah blah blah. We won. Like they say in golf, nobody asks 'How?', they ask 'How many?'
We won. We're 5-2. Creativity isn't a stat. It's wins and losses, period. We'll either win enough games to get into the playoffs or we won't. If we get in, we'll either continue to win or we won't.
In baseball right now, you think the Phillies care that they aren't the best team in the National League? They don't. They won at the right time. That's all that matters, and that's what the Cowboys need to do....win games.
We ran him on a jet sweep. Now he needs the bubble screen, but first I’d put him out there, fake the bubble screen and go to the opposite side.
Turpin has done his job on ST and deserves snaps as WR especially with current group dropping balls consistently every game.
