Turpin "Guys don't have to think in McCarthy's offense. They just go out and play fast."

It is indeed dumbing down the plays for Dak. A ridiculous development . Teams never win super bowls by bumbing down, MM is out of whack and it will show . The team has already tried every conceivable option to help dak reach or win a SB. Nothing has worked with him , and the excuses are running out.

As long as the plays aren’t predictable. Let Dak audible to other plays when needed. Even if they’re simple plays. Other teams that play us said they already knew the plays we ran we just had to stop them. Our Defense May carry us this year. We just can not back off and give up 17 point leads in the 4th quarter. Prevent Defense used to mean it prevented us from winning. The packers playoff game we lost because our old DC went prevent at the end after Dak brought us back to a potential OT. They held Irving and rogers was able to scramble and catch Jones out of position and made a good pass and a better catch.

same offensive philosophy that MM had with Rodgers. won a superbowl. are you saying they dumbed it down for Rodgers? and its the similar west coast offense that Montana won three superbowls and Young. are they dumb? not deserving of HOF?

not sure if you really know what you are talking about. are you just trolling?

I’ve always thought of Turpin as a straight line speed guy. Maybe has some value to stretch the field and make the defense defend the deep ball. But realistically, how many chances will he get with Lamb, Gallup and Cooks in the fold?

What do you mean nothing has worked for him he’s been a productive quarterback when they dumbed down the offense for Romo I didn’t hear anyone complain.

I mean he got a few chances last year just on jet sweeps. Replace the jet sweeps and I’ll take it.

McCarthy wants to emphasize the run so there should already be less opportunities for the receiving squad that includes a pretty strong top three. Turpin is probably WR5 so I'm thinking one to two opportunities at most per game.

Considering he had a total of four total touches on offense last season, this would be categorized as "more opportunity".
McCarthy can say he wants to emphasize the run but if that’s the case they need to go sign Dalvin Cook. They do not have the offensive line or running backs to accomplish what they want.

Fans be fickle. It's not the end of the world.

Same thing was done with Norv Turner on the 90's Cowboys and it won 3 Super Bowls.

Aikman would be first to admit that Norv simplified the offense.

It doesn't mean dumb players, it's a scheme.
We live in a weird society where making things easier means dumb lol.

I’d like to see them use him to stretch the field at least. Him and cooks is a lot of speed to cover.
Cooks, Turpin, Duece in a bunch formation with CD on the flip side...might have to give CD 1v1 in that formation. Pollard with speed comming from the backfield will also be on a LB 1v1.. i like it.

I don't think he will emphasize the run that much. You are going to have a lot of short passes that replace the run game -

Did you think that they were doctors, lawyers, and engineers?
No , but these are career athletes who have practiced their trade in so many levels and also have good education?
