Q

Put on your glasses: "after Garrett took over"

3 TD in 2 road games. 15ppg road avg.

No glasses required. You are cherry picking data which makes it not accurate and your point moot. it isn't a 13 game season. The cowboys played 11 games without Romo with the same OC with a record of 5-6. Wasn't that your point?

Am i reading this wrong? Steve said, "He has thrown more ints to end games than any QB that I’ve ever seen."

The list that the great Strum provided was just ints in the 4th quarter. There is some correlation there but the stats Strum provided don't exactly refute Steve's claim.

It would be great to see if someone can put together a ranking of QBs in regards to number of ints to end games.

Couldn't you say theyre about the same with or w/o him? The were actually 5-5 w/o him cause Romo started Game 6 and technically it was a loss on his record, but I didn't count that cause he didn't get to finish the game .And they say I'm a Romo hater!

What I hate the most is this. If you are going to throw a random statement or stat out about Tony, please give a reference or comparison to put into perspective..FOR example. Heard Damian Woody on BSPN earlier say Romo throwing an Int in the 4th quarter is just par for the course, then he stated he had 20 4th qtr int's so what do you expect.. Well to put that in perspective I went back and took a look, he actually has 23 4th qtr int's since he became a starter in 06. Eli over that same time frame has 44 4th qtr int's....including 7 this year to Tony's ONE.

We do know he's thrown ints at the end of 2 of his last 6 games played.

We do know his record since 2010 is 21-22.

"The Cowboys are 21-22 in Romo's starts since 2010" .. I handled that for ya!

Lucky he does not play tennis or golf :)

Romo was 1-4 in 2010, Cowboys were 5-3 w/o him when Garrett took over

Because the defense only produced 4 TOs during that season when Romo was QB. As an aside, the game he was injured, against the Giants, he was killing them the firs quarter. When Romo went out and the next game onwards, the defense changed and produced 27 TOs in the remaining games including multiple scores.

To those that live with their blinders on, during that period, Jon Kitna three 12 INTs and 10TDs, despite the fact Dallas actually started running the ball, when they essentially abandoned with with Romo at the helm an tremendous field position. This is without even getting into the fact tht Dallas' victories during that period wee all against loser teams, with the exception of 1 and that waswon by the TO game. All the good teams, they got blown out.

Actually, made a mistake:

Should read Jon Kitna threw 12 INT and 16 TDs. Additinally, I forgot to add 6 fumbles. Tony Romo had 7 INTs and no fumbles in 4 less games. So Jon Kitna's TO margin bea Romo by 11 in 4 additional games.

Another GEM of an article

Ben Rogers @BenRogers
Slow. Clap. A MUST READ for Cowboys fans. Best Romo piece your eyeballs will read today:

Good article, but not too different to what some of the fine folks here have put together. Remember, you can't beat a Romo hater because they don't allow themselves to be reasoned with. That's why I think that this is still the Romo article we all need to read:

Yes, without Romo in 2010, the Cowboys went 1-5 in games in which they did not get at least 3 takeaways.
