All in on Kinlaw
YES!!!!I listened to most of the interview and while a lot of it was pretty generic the biggest thing that stood out to me was his response to what kind of players McCarthy would be looking for. He said it was a "breath of fresh air" that McCarthy told him to just find him good football players and they would worry about putting them in position to succeed and scheming to success afterwords. Without directly saying it he basically confirmed the previous staff was too worried about finding players that fit their scheme rather than the other way around.

I apologize lolYou scared the piss out of me with the title. I thought you were sharing that Will McClay was interviewing with other teams.
I’m afraid that’s the caseDude is going to keep moving up
Well...just....AMEN!!!
Can we ask for any more??
Oh thank whoever.
When Kingpen finishes with Rowdy, let him polish off Marinelli.Tighter coordination gives you bust like Taco and Hill.
I would prefer the coaches to not be overruling the scouts in the draft room like Old man Rod was doing. Scouts wanted T.J. Watt and were overruled.

This was Wade’s approach as well. I prefer the tighter coordination with coaches to find guys who fit what you want to do. Hard to argue with the recent draft results.

yes and no. Depends on the coaching and said player.I want to get better inside
Getting bigger doesn’t make you better
WILL has been a blessing..always under the radar. He and his scouts are the meat and potatoes of the team itself. I LOVE THE FACT MM TOLD HIM TO JUST FIND BALL PLAYERS. Its not complex...get good players, and take it from there.I listened to most of the interview and while a lot of it was pretty generic the biggest thing that stood out to me was his response to what kind of players McCarthy would be looking for. Yeah....that was my first thought too!!
That was low hanging fruit bro. lol see what I did there?!?!

This previous coaching regime... so ugly. So amateur! So disappointed that Jerry was so blind and accepting.I listened to most of the interview and while a lot of it was pretty generic the biggest thing that stood out to me was his response to what kind of players McCarthy would be looking for.
