And what would that be?

Did it equal the same thing for Bret Favre? And we all know how your formula of alcoholism, drug abuse and stupidity tore apart the Giants locker room when L.T. was painting the town white.

Why the very heart and soul of the Cowboys for many years, Michael Irvin, wrecked this team with his drug abuse. Right?

It's always been funny to me to see these holier than thou post. Robinson is a young man who's made some mistakes and has made an attempt to correct those mistakes.

Maybe I'm pulling for him because his situation hits so close to home for me. God, I’m glad that a few people still believed in me when I was in my early 20’s and making all kinds of mistakes, and I’m sure that there are others, in fact many here that are just as thankful as I am. But the fact is, you don't have the slightest idea what you're talking about when you fling out these 'opinions' about his character. Google that!

Now, you do a little homework on that Quicky ;)

:hammer:

we got too many Stephen A. Smiths up in this motheruffer

I don't favor either, both are mediocre receivers

we'd be better off developing a younger, more explosive threat, seems that Warrick's knee/leg, whatever it was, injury problems, have robbed him of his quickness, and Lloyd doesn't have any exceptional qualities either

Oh, is that who I am now? I'm not a Stephen A. Smith fan... never read any of his articles or columns or whatever he has you sprung on so I don't know much about him other than his rants on ESPN (about the NBA no less) . So that attempt of a comparison sticks about as much as piss sticks to a urinal.

Well, you may not know this but before there was ESPN there were people who saw athletes as nothing more then people.

Stephen A. SMith is self-righteous, the same thing you were putting down Quickdraw for being

so uh, I believe your response is unwarranted

No one's perfect.
But why seek out someone to add to your team that is KNOWN to be a problem child on multiple fronts, not to mention he has arguably the worst hands in football. Robinson drops more balls than puberty. (Google that stat, guy)

Track record speaks VOLUMES.
Ask the Eagles about T.O.
Or Denver about Clarrett.
Or the Bengals about Chris Henry.
...
Those teams were fully aware of what they were gambling on when they did and they paid the price for it. Learn from the mistakes of others and you may spare yourself the reprecussions of learning them first hand.

"the same thing you were putting down Quickdraw for being"

I belivieve that was what I was asking/hoping for Quickdraw to be was more compasionate for those who have and still are battling with their own experiences.

Like many other here, who I've had some experiences with, Quickdraw and I have had many other differences and alliance on certain subjects that go back for some time.

I have, and hope to always respect Quickdraws opinion(s) and contribution(s) to this forum. Not only that but I'm SURE that Quick doesn't need you to defend him. At least I hope not. God willing Reality won't make this Brokebackzone.

Nevertheless, if you would like to continue this dialog, you know you can (like everyone else) PM me and continue this dialog.

but you won't

...yeah, that's what I thought
