Here we go again. I still see 3 major issues that haven't been addressed yet...

1) Why would he want to come to Dallas for just a reasonable contract? Last year was our best shot as he was coming off injury, he's looking for big $$$ now.

HE WANTS TO WIN, WE OFFER THAT AND WE HAVE THE $$$$$$$$$

2) Why would be want to move to FS when he's coming off a very good season at CB?

BP NEEDS TO GIVE HIM A PHONE CALL AND BEG TY TO BE HIS FS TO WIN A SB

3) He's still represented by the Postons, and Jerry and BP do not deal with them (thank God).

Remember when JJ went out and got the "Primetime", and the Charles Haley dude? That sure put the Boyz over the top, huh? And, he paid good money for each of them!

But, Ty Law...not a chance....! If he did come here, that would be sweet, because he is a player! No doubt about that!

I do know that. It's my favorite team. I care.

Law in going to want to be paid like one of the best corners in the league. He does not want to be paid as one of the best safeties in the league. Mostly because, he's not a safety. I think he'd be a good FS, I don't question that - he sure as hell isn't a very good corner any more. But I guarantee you that Law doesn't see it that way. he wants his money. Hopefully the Cowboys do not give it to him.

Even if we were going to sign Ty Law, he's not "Jet" worthy anymore. He's a CB, not a FS. The guy is 32-33 years old and less than a year removed from a severe foot injury. He's put on some major weight and on the downside of his career. Half of his bogus 10 ints were off of pass deflections.

And contrary to what you say, you start a Ty Law thread about every 2-3 weeks each offseason.

Ty Law and all teams work on tip drills. Amazing how our FS's and CB's don't get many of them! Yes - another free trip for Ty Law to Hawaii - thats just one lucky dude.

A Free safety move for a legandary ballhawk like Law is a natural progression. With the lack of quality QB's in this league and getting to work his trade against Bledstud again in practice he'd be an instant impact FS.
