100% correct, brother!!! I've been saying this for the past 5+ years! Like you said, Jerry needs to swallow his pride and pay for the very best Oline coach available to come to Dallas and coach up these Olinemen into BEASTS!

Hiring the right head coach and assistants would be the best way to go. Probably double our win total. Lord knows I hate the Eagles and Commanders but they went out and hired great assistants.
