Maybe but they ain’t benching him when he is healthy. The insane people are those that think Tyron Smith can stay healthy or play more than 6 games in a season

Lmao I get it, nah Chuma is definitely depth. Can help you in a pinch but not someone you want to rely on.People are insane.
Also Edoga is mediocre. People acting like he’s the solution, LOL.
He hasn't been healthy since 2016Maybe but they ain’t benching him when he is healthy.
something was amiss with Gallup ie setback they never spoke of because even after a setback of hammy with Chris Godwin he came back and was the player hes always been once he got going and they both had the same injury and surgery about the same time..Gal;lup was not and after the seasons he has surgery again. so this year he will be better IMO so using Gallup is not a barometer, as you are saying.,Yeah but we saw 0 footage of Gallup. Anything you saw was very low impact.
Steele has being doing real OL drills and been looking like he was never hurt. I saw him working with Duke a month ago was like “is this guy even hurt?”.
Nothing makes me feel better than a guy doing real high impact drills on the knee.
Again, if he can play, he’s starting. He hasn't been healthy since 2016
Which is why you have a swing. But I get that point of view I do, I just think you can be right both ways.he's an aging injury prone tackle.....
Smith isn't getting hurt until game 4. sheesh. then ball takes over. lmaoSo what happen when Tyron Smith is injured in Week 2? And Steele is coming off knee surgery and might not be ready for Week 1.....then what?
"Tyron Smith is expected to count $17 million on the cap but Jones said the Cowboys are "comfortable" with that price tag and mentioned the importance of having depth at the tackle position."Again, if he can play, he’s starting.
It’s kind of silly to think of he was ready to play they’d bench him.
It's the same plan they had for Larry Allen. They just changed their minds once they drafted Flozell Adams and saw how great LA was at OG.The plan sucks
Tyler is your future LT and should be at LT
Tyrone at his age should be swing. I like Wally but prefer a swing to be a guy that’s actually played a snsp
Tyrone’s real value is having him when you need him because he’s very unlikely to play 17 games and when he goes down then you have to move two positions
The DE is more of a pass rushing 3T.I just don’t understand why they are drafting backup linebackers and defensive ends when you supposedly want to “run the d@## ball”.
And subsequent quotes suggest otherwise. And Archer tweeted today if the season started today, Tyler Smith would be the starting LG."Tyron Smith is expected to count $17 million on the cap but Jones said the Cowboys are "comfortable" with that price tag and mentioned the importance of having depth at the tackle position."
That's a Jerry Jones quote, that tells me Tyron is the depth at tackle, not the starter
Maybe running the ball is a smokescreen. Watch them do exactly what they were doing when KM was was here. In that case we better have an all time great defense.I just don’t understand why they are drafting backup linebackers and defensive ends when you supposedly want to “run the d@## ball”.
Stephen indicated that steele will be the swing tackle. Not a chance brother, but appreciate the thought!
This team preaches best 5 and has shown it under Mike. Farniok is not better than the 5 man lineup mentioned in the OP.
He is. When Tyron retires.
So you want to sit a player who completely embarrassed Nick Bosa in a playoff game?
Tyrone hasn’t played a full season in 5 yearsHe is. When Tyron retires.

I have no doubt Tyrone is startingAnyone that thinks Tyron is not starting if healthy is not living in reality. The team will wait til he gets injured and pivot to an alternative. I would have taken O’Cyrus in round 2 and called it a day.
