"I'm still limited in my upper body," he said. "I can't put a bar over my head or put a bar on the bench press yet. I do a lot of things to supplement it. I work out legs pretty much every day. I try and keep my cardio up. ...With the way my shoulder's been treating me the last couple years, I'm pretty confident I can bounce back."
"I just trust we have a plan," he said. "With the defense that we run, [defensive coordinator Rod] Marinelli is going to get a guy in there and he's going to have him doing the right thing anyway. I'm excited for next year. I'm not worried about what's happening this offseason. Just excited to get going."
