I didn't watch the whole game, but the part I did see, McNabb was the only one making plays. He's good, but that won't fly against the better teams in the league. I can't wait to see how the Cowboys D handles him next week.

I expect Ware and Ellis to have a field day allowing for at least 1-2 picks on the day.

Well I don't have it, so I can't give it to him...

Perhaps he should call Ron Mexico?

Best QB in our division, and it's not even close...that alone makes Philly a team that can win the division.

It will be a tough game in Philly...you can count on that. Dallas will not run away with this game unless they play better than they have in any game so far, meaning error free, turnover free, penalty free.

I expect a dogfight...I hope Bledsoe is still in one piece after all the blitzes he'll see this week.

He is one of the most overrated players in the league.

Ridiculous. Really, if he was a Cowboy would you still feel that way?

He can make all the throws, has decent escapability, and the Eagles' organization are a bunch of penny pinchers. It's amazing to me that people think he's overrated, I never heard it 'til Jabba the Limbaugh said it. Now people say it over and over like parrots.

I actually like McNabb .. that being said, he's been playing against the worst teams in the league. Texans? 49ers? Packers? heck, even the Giants who gave up 40-something points to Seattle who got beat by 30 or so two days ago?

Sorry, until they play real teams especially on the road and win, I don't feel the Eagles or McNabb deserve any praise. Even if the Cowboys were to lose next week, that's at Philly where they always play tough against Dallas. McNabb will need to play a real team on the road and do well before he can be considered elite.

His over confidence this week will be there downfall. He tries to make too many plays (throwing into double coverages, lobbing the ball, throws the ball with no zipp) but it seems he almost has to. There something I saw in the Houston game when the Texans were bringing it to him you kind of saw a McNabb that looked out of it to the point that Trotter had to talk him down. Its going to be an interesting game, but a game we have to win to establish oursleves.

I really don´t think so, 9 TDs 1 int this year, I know he hasn´t played against good teams, but let´s not underestimate this guy, as much as I hate to say it he is the bes QB in the NFC and top 5 in the league.

He is the one player we have to worry about on sunday.

McNabb is NOT a very accurate passer. He does make good decisions with the ball though, rarely throws INT, he avoids the rush well, buys time for his wr to get open and finds them, that counts for a lot of his big plays.

McNabb is a QB that causes things to happen and gets wins for his team.

But there is no way greg lewis should be getting 2 long td's on back to back drives, that packers secondary is horrid.

McNabb is above average. But he's far from elite.

I wouldn't rate him as being in the top 10 QB's in the league.

The guy is inaccurate.

He plays in the WCO and can't even muster a 60% completion percentage.

And he has a history of choking in critical games.

Personally, I wouldn't want McNabb on our team.

McFlabb IS overrated. He has not won a championship, and in his one visit to the SB choked. He had a weak division for 4 years- now that it is not he is being shown for what he is- a good QB and nothing more. He was blown up by the league for 2 reasons- he is black and he is a QB. He does not have any top WR's or TE, and the one good back they have cannot be counted on to carry the load. The birds will prove once and for all that having good lines will not by itself insure success- you have to have quality at the skill positions as well. We have the D backs to easily cover what they have- and as long as we contain him and prevent him from making big runs we will eat his lunch.

I agree 100%. McNabb is a media darling because everyone is paranoid of saying anything remotely negative about him since the Limbaugh incident.

I agree with this. McNabb makes critical plays with his mobility when the game is on the line and makes good throws. If we do not contain him we will lose pure and simple.

Actually, I think he did exactly as advertised yesterday. He ran and threw with accuracy (unlike Vick and Young). You can't ask for more out of your QB.

Our D will be tested. Not only do you have to put pressure on him but also keep containment. Furthermore, your secondary has to cover for at least 2 more seconds and be aware if he becomes a runner. He will put alot of pressure on our front 7. It will be a great test for us.

When the pressure is at the highest he chokes. Always has and always will.
that ALONE makes him over rated.
