No he wouldnt. I was pissed to see this today though. As If september wasnt far enough away as it was. Oh well. I dont see dc not fighing until january though.

On the UFC site it says he will get the title shot in January so I'm guessing he's probably going to wait this out and not risk losing that shot at the title if someone defeated him ahead of time.

Plus if he fights between now and there he risks taking too much damage in a fight, or getting hurt in the fight, so I'm guessing DC will just wait this out and use all that extra time to train for that fight.

fight is already rescheduled. neither guy will fight anyone else before then.
