I went to see this in the theater when it came out. My memory of it isn't very good though.
 
First Men In The Moon...love this sci-fi classic...always wondered if maybe it was true.

Enemy Mine...Louis Gossett,jr steals this well written sci-fi gem.
Dennis Quaid is equally great.
absolutely LOVE the story line.

Arrival....Charlie Sheen is really good in this excellent sci-fi movie that came out...i think...the same year as Independence Day.
very good story...with some cool effects and minor plot twists.

The X-Files:fight the future...made between seasons 5 and 6.
excellent plot.
well written.
it was awesome seeing agents Mulder and Scully on the big screen.
the best of the 2 feature films.
Martin Landaeu steals it...but Duchovny holds his own as well.

rhinestone...comedy with dolly parton...love this movie as a kid.
still laugh so hard i cry during certain scenes.

daylight...really good story.
stallone is great....mini-comeback for him during this period.

get carter....remake...well done...one of his very best...yet no one talks about it.

bullett to the head...might be my favorite stand alone non franchise movie he's made.
everything about this one is just AWESOME.

Daylight and Demolition Man are two of my favorite Sly movies :thumbup:
 
Ishtar 1987. Once considered the biggest box office flop, this is one of the most hilarious movies ive ever seen. Dustin Hoffman and Warren Betty play 2 songwriters that are bad... hilariously bad at writing songs. Its charming, hilarious and even shot on location.

I thought I was the only person on earth who felt this way. Not sure how it holds up, it it was a funny movie when it came out, for sure.
