He might have refused a breathalyzer. I'm not sure about Texas law on these matters. Some states distinguish between DUI and DWI. Others will call it guilty if you refuse to blow. Some need to get a warrant to take blood. I'm sure Kazee can afford a decent lawyer. In the end, Kazee needs to be smart and get a ride.

He complied with the police. They stated he was cooperative. Maybe he did refuse, but it's doubtful IMO. I wish him well, thankfully nobody else was involved because it could have been very much worse.

Most judges aren't there a between 6pm-8am if you are arrested at 3am well you are staying the nights with charges lie this that have to be heard..its not speeding ticket lol

Again, you seem to be really going above and beyond to debate this. The fact is, regardless if he ends up being over the BAC limit or not he admitted to drinking while driving a day after his HC told the team in essence "don't be stupid".

For this reason alone he should be benched/suspended several games by Dallas to show people this is not the behavior this team expects.
