and that way they only eat once

if you took all the money from the top 1% it would last a year and then be gone forever

Considering it's fiat currency not backed up with physical tangible assets ( gold standard) why the Hell not? I mean, North Korea,Iran& probably China had been counterfeiting our greenbacks for decades ( act of war),,,you can thank the FRENCH
( mainly) for the U.S. going off the gold backed dollar ,as they were shipping tons of our dollars back & demanding gold bullion in exchange,,, I think it was Nixon AUTHORIZED a stop to that& established a $35 per oz.gold price at the same timeo_O

And how.

It seems most socialist societies become some form of a dictatorship.

Maybe the bigger problem is that people are appointed to their positions based on a "loyalty" factor rather than merit or as the result of non-tampered with vote.

The result is a system chock-full of corruption and people in positions they are not qualified to be in.
When you get a chance, head over to youtube and look up Ben Shapiro. He explains socialism and its effect. He's a pretty smart guy.

No need, the need for human beings will become obsolete.

There was a film made in 1970, Colossus: The Forbin Project, that depicted the danger of AI and that was not actually the goal in the film, just the by product, and we already have some of the best minds on this planet warning us about the inherent danger. Think their warnings will be heeded? I do not.
Thanks for the movie first time I hear about it.
