I never said Ciskowski is a bad scout, but I'm assuming that if he's been here as long as he has and has never been given the chance to hold this position with us or another team, then he's probably not the best man for the job.

It took Bill Belicheck 15 years from 1975 with the Baltimore Colts until 1990 with the Cleveland Browns to get a Head Coaching job. If no one snapped him up in those 15 years he's probably not the best guy for a head coaching gig.
