I've did it on the playoffs simulator and if the eagles lose to the Cardinals, we would win the division
I think though you have to do the surrounding games with correct Win and Loss since so many teams determine strength of schedule. Like I said, confusing as hell. LOL

That link at very top of my post shows you which teams have to W or L for strength of schedule tie breaker.

It won’t go past conference tiebreaker now. Either Dallas wins on divisional or conference tiebreaker, strength of victory no longer matters.

ESPN Analytics

See post 7 for correction ( mod edit at request of poster)
I would add that the 49ers now have issues with injuries to their oline and with their qb. I would also add that the Cowboys are still alive for the 2 and the 1. The NFC is wide open. Any of the playoff teams can lose to any of the other teams in the playoffs.

Cowboys. We need to win out and have Philly lose once, to Arizona or the Giants.
not true. Philly must drop the final 2 . As long as we win out. Then we will be div champs. If we have the same record, Philly are champs.

I hope thats right but I have heard otherwise. If we have the same record then Philly wins it. I think they gotta lose out and we must win out.
It is clearly stated that the Cowboys would have the tie breaker if the Eagles lose 1 game to the Cards or the Giants.

Thanks Nav22. Sorry folks, I posted from a search engine link this time. Should have used actual ESPN link like I normally do. Here is updated ESPN Analytics. I asked a mod if they could replace ESPN Analytics on first post with this one. Everything else there though is accurate. Just the 2 ESPN Analytics pictures that are outdated.

I still can’t wrap my brain around the Eagles having much better odds to win the division and to get a bye, yet worse odds to make the Super Bowl.

It's confusing as hell with the strength of schedule tie breaker but looks like they win NFC East if we tie.
It shouldn't be confusing. The Cowboys have the tie breaker if they win out and the Eagles lose 1 game.

Why don't you just read the tie breakers at nfl.com.?

You mean to tell me the Eagles may only have to beat Seattle (in Philly) and the Rams (in Philly) to be in the NFC Champ Game?

Wow....in this scenario....they have a better path (even playing 2 games) than SanFran does (who would play us)
