And he's a winner, the most important asset for a QB. A&M is 3 bad coaching calls away from being 12-0, and McGee did everything in his power to win every single game. Against Tech, OU and NU, he engineered late game drives to put A&M in position to win, but poor coachign screwed his efforts over. Despite that, he almost single handidly beat Kansas, OSU, and Texas by himself in spite of poor coaching.

Against OU he played like ****. I was there, open receivers all night and kept throwing the ball away for fear of a pass rush that wans't there. But hey, nothing like a win against UT to blind you on the rest of the season.

He also beat #15 Mizzu, a better team than Tech. And he DID beat Tech and Nebraska for all intents and purposes. He led TD drives in the last 3 minutes of both games to give A&M the lead, and both times his defense, something he cannot control, let him down because of poor blitz calls by Darnell.

Also have to add that if it werent for McCoy getting hurt we would have beat K-State and probably A&M because we would have come out with much more fire and intensity than we did yesterday. but thats in the past and i guess we are gonna have to wait till next year when we play again to see who the better QB is

Played for the Laredo Red Raiders. They usually refer to a "minor league" football team as a "Semi-Pro" Football team. Same crap though.

He was having a down year (for his standards anyway) and I was hoping he'd drop closer to us so we could trade up a few spots and not give up a fortune to get him.

No doubt, i hate USC but man i love Jarrett's speed and size!!! he's a guy i'm hoping that Dallas has a chance to get by trading up and who knows maybe we can since QB is looking like an area that we no longer have to waste a high pick on and with the play of the OL since Romo's been in we can pick a OL in the 3rd or 4th that we can develop instead of having to also spend a high pick on.
