Bull.

Jabril Cox is very good and super talented. The problem is Dan Quinn started and played veterans over a rookie who was drafted in the 4th. Big mistake that turned out to be. Cox was pushed to Special Teams, and that's where he tore his ACL.
That was sarcasm from me. Watch Ur mouth

He is just jogging through the motions and a complete
Liability. How Quinn isn’t seeing this on film and he hasn’t been cut is beyond me.

I’d give Neal some of his snaps for sure. But the red flag was on Hard Knocks, look at Parsons’ season versus his. Different skill level sure, but different mentalities as well. Not too mention LVE just isn’t a playmaker. He can’t stop the run like he used to, can’t cover, and doesn’t cause turnovers.

ESPN shows him with 1 total tackle. No solo tackles.

Him and Anthony Brown are just liabilities out there.

Brown has his faults but he makes plays. Bad game against the Bucs and Raiders and good games the rest of the time.
LVE, Neal, Kazee are the disappointments on the defense.

that pass to a man he was covering early in the game. I think it was the one Hill threw over the middle to his left while moving right, it was easily defendable, LVE swatted toward it like he had dinosaur arms

He can’t play anymore. Never since the neck injury.

he is done. His athleticism is totally gone.

It really is.

I wouldn’t be surprised if he called it a wrap in a couple of years and we’ll hear him allude to the fact his body can’t do the things his mind wants him to do on the field.

What’s maddening to me is how he gets manhandled and simply moved out of the way by blockers. Couple that with the loafing around and it’s just unacceptable.

The team needs to continue to address the position next year. Cox should be fine but coming off injury. I don’t know the contract status of Bernard or Gifford, and I think they let Neal walk.

Yes, his drop off has been shocking. I don’t see instincts, I don’t see speed, and I see a drag down tackler afraid to hit or get hit.

He’ll finish out the season and quietly sign somewhere else in the offseason.

I agree. There’s going to continue to be a lot of turnover at linebacker.

T-Rex little baby arms!

I’m not a big fan of McCarthy but I will give him credit for some his personnel decisions under his regime. Namely, recognizing Jaylon was a complete liability and cutting him and not extending LVE this past off-season.

He’s so bad now. On the interception attempt, if that’s what you call it, he looked like someone that had never caught a football before attempting to catch.

He also looks like he thinks he’s not allowed to avoid or get off a block.

They must move on to a backup.

That's the problem we don't really have any backups.
