What makes me even more optimistic and excited about this offense is that the playcalling has been rather "unsexy" Which is perfectly normal in the preseason. I've noticed that they havn't even split Martellus out wide on a motion or Felix going in motion out of the backfield. We carved up that Titans D just playing smash mouth football.

It's scary to think that this offense moves down the field just running basic football plays. Wait till the real fun starts will Marty B and Wittens matchup nightmares for defenses and not to mention Felix becoming even MORE explosive:D

I was hoping to see more of Bennett with the 1st team but it just didn't happen.

One other thing I wanna see is more of a mix in the RBs. Instead of going by possession, why not throw a new guy in if the team gets a 1st down?

Momma always said sexy is what sexy does..:D

Yeah it felt like we only had 1/3 of the throttle down during this game but I did notice Romo was getting a lot of pressure. I was happy to see a bunch of short routes being mixed up during the game.

I wouldn't get too excited since it was pretty obvious Dallas was running alot more then just basic offense while Tennesee played "vanilla" even more so on offense and defense, and played their backups in the first half when Dallas still had in starters. True Dallas might not have done as much as they will in the regular season, but it was still more complex then anything Tennesee did. And just remember everyone, Detroit was 4-0 last year in the preaseason, so whatever happens really doesn't mean anything.

Forgive me if I am not excited about a preseason game and dont embarass myself like you might seem to be by being naive as to think what you see in a preseason game translates to what you see in the regular season. If you want to be a fool and think what you saw last night means anything, go right ahead.

The Cowboys deserve 0 credit. I love half empty milk.

I don't care to argue with trolls and haters, but every post you have ever made has been totally negative towards Dallas. If you were positive and reeacted like a Dallas fan on occassion, then I could see your point. All anyone has to do is look on the advanced search function on this site for your posts and they will see exactly what I'm talking about.
Have a nice day!

The vast majority of this troll's posts would have you believe that Romo isn't even in the top 32 of QB's in the NFL, and the remainder of his posts dutifully remind us of how bad this team was, is, and ever will be. Pathetic, really.

They probably have some plays for them, 2 or all 3 on filed at same time, but won't be shown until regular season. Just like any other special plays.

They ran the reverse last week and again last night with Crayton. But all teams have that, so no big deal.
Actually I think they are doing this as a setup. Run it with Crayton in preseason, then when a team thinks they are ready for it, give it to /austin, or have Felix line up and give it to him.

Im willing to bet the Titans are checking out the video board, as we speak! They got beat hands down... The Boys will be hard to beat at home. That stadium is our 12th man or better yet our Assistant Head Coach!

I would rather be objective and realistic then naive and ignorant. Dont get pissy at me because your standards are low for what qualifies as success. I hope you dont settle for other aspects of your life and think something has been accomplished when it has not been. My expectations are winning the Super Bowl every year, but wanting it to happen and thinking it will are 2 different things. Thinking what you see in the preseason and jumping for joy and being optimistic about it is foolish.

Were you in despair in the 90's when Dallas would win 1 if any preaseaon games thinking because they lost and that the season was going to be a failure? Or would you be the kind of, lets say a Lions fan when they went 4-0 last preseason and thought they had a chance for the playoffs? So if a team looks great in preaseason or even looks bad, no reason to get or excited or panic because its just preaseason. It isn't my fault you have not figured that out yet. But I can understand if you have nothing else in your life that is going your way so you have to latch onto something that has no meaning and try and make it into a positive. You probably don't like reality anyway.
