I bet that someone would go into cardiac arrest after receiving a traffic ticket driving the wrong way down a one-way street as a shortcut as long as no one got hurt in the process.

True, but it wouldn't surprise me that authorities would ease restrictions of his probation IF and when he's reinstated.DallasCowpoke;2655576 said:Actually, he's a parolee, and likely will be for sometime to come.
They, and only they, dictate his comings and goings and if they deem it not in his best interest to freely leave the county, much less the state, he's not going anywhere!
All the local news stations are running with this now. Vidoe included. It's not safe to watch the news any more!!!Yeagermeister;2655027 said:BDC will be by to pick him up shortly. :laugh2:

This isn't a debatable issue with the NFL and about what the NFL has done or will continue to do. It never was. People OUTSIDE the NFL can try with all their might to make it into just that and fail trying. Heck, even the NFLPA supports Vick's punishment outside of that which was/will be imposed on him by the judicial system.hockix;2655610 said:Wowww what he did is really mean but he didn't put anybody in danger... at least I don't think so. He paid for it and I'm sure he will never do the same mistake. Do you agree with some religion that let young men have their knif with them at school? But some religions do... That part of the religion I find it completly stupid, does it mean they are necessary bad guys?
I've seen so many people doing mistakes... doesn't mean they never learn the lesson when they realize...

Just an excitable boy I guess.
I barely know where to start with this one.hockix;2655542 said:I agree, he made a mistake and paid for it.
Why should the NFL be so bad that they can't forgive anybody.
I don't mean the guy his a bad person or not in any way but I don't think we have the right to stop him working if he is still good at it.
Just keep the eyes open on with he does...
I don't mean I want the boys to sign here but some here said they would prefer BJ to be back instead of Vick??? C'mon we want to win it all if you want perfect people just go to the church and even though.... you'll find worse guys than him.
What he did was stupid but it doesn't mean he is completely bad and doesn't deserve forgiveness.
Ummm... yeah, that's established legal fact. I don't know if they've got the goods on him personally doing it but it was happening at his operation, which he was in charge of.jdub2k4;2655530 said:Apparently, Michael Vick "forced" the male dogs to rape the female dogs to breed more dogs to fight....the sad thing is that people actually believe that.

Okay, I'll give it a shot. Nobody is stopping him from working. The NFL is making, essentially, a decision on who they're going to hire, which is their right. As long as he doesn't violate any parole conditions, he is free to take any job that is offered him.
Yes, I would prefer BJ as a backup. Michael Vick would ruin this organization. You think this place is a circus now -- just wait till the press conference with Jerry standing next to Vick in his Cowboys jersey. (I stress here that this is a hypothetical -- it ain't going to happen.)
What he did wasn't 'stupid'. It was wrong. Was it the worst kind of evil? No, of course not. But it wasn't 'stupid.' If it were, you'd be right.

So when backups come in, defenses key more on the RBs. But with Vick coming in, defenses can't do that because on a QB-keeper play Vick can take it to the house. He also has the scrambling ability (better than Romo's actually) to play behind our OL.
